No. It is not the same scheme with Ben. That was catered to Ben. His likes, dislikes, and what he was physically capable of doing at 40 years old

You do know that in Ben’s first 6 seasons he had 109 turnovers right?

This is the same basic scheme they had under Fichtner. It hasn’t changed.

Earlier this season (I think it was during their loss to the Bengals) the network showed that Allen has the most TDs over the past few years, but also the most interceptions. It’s funny. He was considered a boom or bust prospect coming out of college. Usually that means that the player will either be a star or be out of the league quickly. Josh Allen has found a way to be a boom or bust player on a weekly basis.

Cook ran for 109 yards and Murray added 68 yards rushing in the loss to Denver. Lack of a running game wasn't the problem. For the season, by the way, the Bills are 11th in the league in rushing as a team. Allen taking off is a big part of that, but still, not awful.

The offensive rank with Canada with and without KP has stayed the same or worse, perhaps KP is not the answer, but Canada is certainly not anything that is going to fix that.

Matt Canada let go at end of season and the Steelers...prompt from within to fill OC position.

Going further back, Dave Brown - 1st round pick of the 1975 draft.

1975 was one of the worst drafts the Steelers ever had, but doesn't help that it came after the best draft of all time.

Then why was he suddenly physically capable of doing more in the 4th quarter?

That's the mental aspect...the command, confidence, and poise. Doesn't explain the sudden physical improvement.

One of those was in spite of Ben not because of Ben. Also Super Bowl wins is a terrible metric. It’s a team sport and requires all 53 players

yes, he sucked in the first SB, a QB rating of 39, lowest ever for a winning QB in a SB.

an A LOT of help from the REFS!

it is a terribly metric - see Eli Manning...

Yeah the QB doesn't really matter. Tommy Devito, Patrick Mahomes what's the difference? There are still 52 other players on the roster.

I agree with you most of the time, but I don't here. I believe SB is a great metric. Again....it's not what You do , but when You do it. Lots of players look awesome during the season because they don't worry, but their a$$ pucker up during the big games, and that's what separate the Champs from the good players. Hell P. Manning is key for this. I always found it funny His team was good enough year after year to win 12 , or more games a year , but when they Hit the playoffs , and lost many times.....it was said.....the team is not very good. No .....P. Manning $hit the bed many times in big games. It's the same in many sports. If a Qb can lose You games...they dang sure can win games.
Also...with what You said We should just sign KFP to His next contract now.

Brown was a great player in college for Michigan at CB and at punt returner. He only played one year for the Steelers before the Seahawks snatched him off our roster in their expansion draft in 1976. Good move by Seattle as he turned into an All-Pro corner with 62 career interceptions and 8 TD's

Disagree. You are disregarding key 3rd down conversations, the play in the playoffs to get them there, and I say this a billion times....it's not what You do , but when You do it. Lots of people look awesome in anything when there is no real pressure, and some completely crumble. We see it all the time. Hell more than likely You have experienced it Yourself. People can say all they want about E. Manning. How well Have they done since He's been gone???

If Matt keeps running the ball--- which---- Art wants, why wouldn't they keep him.

I looked it up last night after posting about him. If I remember correctly he was injured August 21 his first year, August 1 second year, and July 31 his 3rd year. So basically he never made it through a single training camp. Never played a down for us. He got brief stints with the raiders and bucs and by brief I mean a week each

Thanks. I thought He was hurt a lot...I remember really liking the pick, and then getting nothing out of it. Which sucked
