That stat isn't really as great as it seems. The dude needs to go - I can't believe people are still defending this guy. This team is desperately overdue for some fresh blood and a new culture.

I'm sorry, but this 4th quarter Kenny stuff is laughable. His wins come so often in the 4th quarter because they NEVER have the lead. On the game winning drive it took them an eternity to get down the field, just barely eking out 1st downs. That because we can't throw consistently beyond the line of scrimmage.

Then when we need to just get 1st downs and eat clock it's a very quick 3 and out. We're winning despite this guy, not because of him.

What happens if that move is made and his effectiveness trends down. It's happened before, not saying it happens again but we have seen it.

You're not wrong, but Kenny did gut it out today. We should have been up multiple scores, but Pickens couldn't get his foot down and the throw was low to Robinson. Hopefully Kenny can become more consistent because he is tough and has some talent.

The Tits QB looked pretty solid for a rookie playing his second game.

Gotta comment on this because there was some changes here and I gotta be fair. Can't continuously criticize and blatantly ignore some positives... Chux was benched tonight changing the point that players/coaches aren't being held accountable. Hell Canada being on the field also changes that narrative for me. Frankly for the first time in 4-5 seasons it felt like some effort was being made behind the scenes to fix the issues with this team.

As for Canada, it was his best game as a play caller. Only time I found issues was right before the 4Q 2m warning. There was noticeable progress with this offense for the first time since before Ben's elbow injury and there's finally a foundation to build upon.

Jones gotta continue starting whether it's on the right or left side. Both games that he started, the entire line was much better. He's obviously better than both Chux and Moore. The question that needs to be asked is who is better between Chux and Moore, and I'd start the player that's better between the two with Jones starting the opposite side.

Kenny Pickett... he was absolutely abysmal the first half of the game. Played adequate in the 3Q and played solid in the 4Q. The most jekyll and hyde game to date from him.

Over his last 17 games Kenny is now 12-5. I know it doesn't look pretty and you sure wouldn't want him on your fantasy team but when the game is on the line he finds a way to win.

Not Steelers related but I really liked the announcer who was with Michaels. He didn't have poms poms and wasn't sucking up to whoever had the ball or made the last nice play....seemed very knowledgeable about both teams. Such an improvement over Collingsworth, Aikman, Romo etc.

JPJ isn't a superstar not even close to it, he's too handsy with receivers, and he can't be getting that many penalties in one game.

12-5 as a starter with Canada's schemes, give it a rest with your Pickett hate. Who's had the better record with Canada's offense, Pickett or Ben, junior??? You think Trubisky, Rudolph, maybe Willis would have better success with this coordinator??? Just look at the last Steelers possession, freaking gutless, with one of the clutchest 4th quarter QB in the league the last season and a half.

    I mean...

Limiting an All Pro just one catch is as close to superstar as one can get. Had Levi Wallace been against Nuk, we would have lost for certain.

Mind you, tweet says "budding SuperStar". Never stated to be one already.

What is really worrying to me it's that Trubiski is number two. Every time he gets on the field, I wonder how long until he throws it to the other team......

That dude is gonna be a stud in this league if they can get a decent o-line around him and a legit #2 wide receiver.

Agreed 1000%, has that knack to consistently win those those hand battles, without stepping over the line with the wr. Can't wait to see him go up against Jamar Chase, that's going to be must watch tv

Got it. So you'd prefer 1 rb getting nearly all the playing time

Seems most teams in the NFL are better now when they have multiple options which the steelers have at the rb position. Warren's involvement has been on the rise and I'm sure he'll be more involved. There were a handful of pass plays designed for him last night

I haven't heard any specifics. He was out with the team during pregame warmups last night, so maybe it is very minor and he just couldn't get back out there on the short week. He's not on IR, so hopefully that means it isn't as bad as the one that kept Johnson out. They certainly need him back quickly.

I thought the mix was perfect last night. The main thing slowing them down was the lack of first downs on a couple of first-half drives.

I 100% agree and want both to be involved. I love a bruising 300+ carry rb like most steelers fans and have Warren on my fantasy team(could have used that td) but I've seen other teams have 2 to 3 rbs who all run hard which seems to work. I disliked spending a 1st on a rb, but he's on the team now and he's good. I just would like more of what happened last night...straight ahead hitting the hole quick.

We saw an actual offense last night. A few more completions and there would have been 3 to 4 more sustained drives.

He is pressing, playing tight, afraid to make mistakes. He needs to get better. I watched
him thruout his Pitt career he is more accurate than what he is showing. He is no Pat Mahomes
or Joe Burrow , but he could be a Jerrod Goff.
