Agreed, but He didn't pretend on video He was playing it live there, and then.
I agree with doing an album that way, but don't try to make it look like You are playing something live ....that You are actually just mimicking a previously recorded piece.

That's another thing I don't miss about being in a band. The band before last I was the only one that didn't drink... At all. By the end of you second set is when you should be your tightest that's when we were the sloppiest. So embarrassing. They were great musicians when sober. I'm sure that's been the demise of a million bands.

You think thats bad.....try being in a band where You are the only member that's not a crackhead/crankhead. LoL. It didn't last long. 6 months, and acouple of shows, and I was out of there

I've got this friend/old band-mate/old HS-mate. He plays a solo gig several times a week now. He's around the Foley, AL area and plays at several venues. If you're ever in that area, check around for DaveO, playing on a patio/ocean deck somewhere. Not sure what made him decide to move there but he seems to love it.

Yes it has. I was mainly in metal bands so I never played drunk. However, I was in a fun time band called D.I.F(drinking is fundamental). Can't be in a band with that name and not drink. As a band though, we really only played drunk once.

Very early on we played for beer. I just made it my thing that I don't drink when I play. There are songs that you can be composing your thesis while playing and pull it off, cause you've played it so much it's on autopilot. Some players drink before, during, and after gigs. Some don't start until the last set. I just prefer no spills, dings in my equipment, other things like that. I love drinking when other people are playing though.

I drank water throughout, or cranberry juice...until We were done. I had a drummer (I may have already said this) that I (the rest of the band made Me do it) had to cut into his drinking, or by the second set the tempo of the songs would fluctuate wildly. He could have one drink before, and after each set, and when he was packed up to go home......He then could drink Himself into a coma, and did many times. LoL
