Ah, my mistake. For some reason I thought he was Baltimore's starter from day one. Just looked back and saw that wasn't the case.

    Thanks for the correction.

357 vs 295. Defensive snaps vs offensive snaps. Needs to favor the other side.

Middle of the pack it looks like. I'm not sure why the NFL insists on ranking teams by yardage. To me it's all about how many points are you giving up. I don't care if you give up 500 yards a game, as long as you are giving up less than 20/points a game, right now they are averaging 20.8 so they are close. If the offense can't score at least 21 that is on them.

No biggie. Some places show this as His record, but if You dig deeper....on one of those games he has one pass, and another game no passes. So I can see where you got it from.

And if the offense improves that 20.8 should go down

I agree our offense is the biggest problem but if our defense give up so many yards, you will need to have some luck on your side or turnovers to be decent and it don't work every week

Remember when the pats defense in 2017 were 29th in yards but 5th in PPG...They were not close to be a elite defense

I think if cam can come back, and player rotation is correct,
I like our defense. The FO has more work to
Do but our Defense was upgraded this past off season. As
many have suggested an improved offense will do wonders.

They upgraded, but made one huge mistake. They should have spent the money to keep Cam Sutton.

The offense is averaging 15 PPG so..........D is avg. giving up 22 PPG.

On paper the D improved, in reality, not so much. Sure, sure, points against matters most, but yards given up often is connected to points, to a degree any ways. And Pgh is 30th in giving up yards. That's some Steller D Tomlin, way to go.

I think they are 17th in points on D, slightly below average.

The Browns have maybe the best defense in the league....They have been so dominant in 4 of their 5 first games and their number(PPG) would be much better if their offense would not have so many turnovers

Their coaching on defense is much better this year too,a huge reason why their defense is much better that in the last few years.Coaching matter!

But how many points has their offense given up off of turnovers?

I kid somewhat. I'm glad to see defensive football taking over the league again. The Dolphins are scoring more points than any other team so far, but also giving up more points. We'll find out how long that formula succeeds.

Why don't they move Peterson to slot and JPJ outside? I am not so sure
Peterson wants to tackle at this late stage in his career.

Error on my part, I meant if the Browns offense didn't have so many turnovers, their PPG would have been much better!

Sometimes I write too quickly and I don't check if I've made mistakes or not in my post!

Browns' D has been doing it all season; #1 they were. McCaffrey being knocked out of the game almost costed my my fantasy football game!

I still feel we are smoke and mirrors .Don't get me wrong I think we have talent ,but not enough and also I feel the scheme is a bit soft as well.A good OC with a QB who can read a defense and check into the right play meaning running when we go nickle and dime and passing when we go blitz or base ..

To me the problem is as simple as that our extra DB packages are to weak against the run and our base defense is mad weak against certain pass sets ... This is why the Team has so much trouble with Play Action ...

Yeah I was gonna say ... Schwartz turned that around.

That reminds me of when I saw Munch coaching the OL at training camp ... he was like a field general out there getting them in and out of drills.

Steelers could use some coaches like that.
