Brian Griese the 49ers QB coach bring in somebody from that Kyle Shanahan tree .

 

Sounds good. I have a honest question. Do we know what other people that have left Shanahan for other offensive jobs look like??

Will they though is a different question; doubly so if Tomlin is the one making that call. Hopefully, AR II can step in and overrule Tomlin with the selection process as Canada's tenure speaks for itself. If not Brian Griese, Kevin Patullo (Passing Game Cooridnator for Philly), Zac Robinson (Passing Game Coordinator/QB Coach for Los Angeles) and Tanner Engstrand (Passing Game Coordinator from Detroit) would all be other suitable choices.

Bobby Slowik is the guy I wanted last year. He’s doing a pretty good job with CJ Stroud and the Texans offense this season.

I would be on the lookout for Kevin Patullo or Tanner Engstrand. Both have some connections with Weidl and Sheldon White (Director of Pro Scouting). While the FO will be familiar with them, they are still considered out sourced hires from the team.

Whoever the QB coach in Miami or Detroit is who I'd aim for, plus Greise... but I'm leaning that it'll be either Glen Thomas or Joe Brady and the mediocre bs continues.
