I think he has the "yipes". Like Boz had a few years ago. He doesn't look confident. He's not trusting his eyes or his arm. I don't think they will bench him but if he looks terrible against the Raiders, it's at least a conversation.

 

DC's have had a chance to look at him and aren't afraid of his arm. Pickett can not throw deep. He can't throw touch passes either. All he has is bullet passes about 10 yards from the LOS. The sooner this team puts Mitch in, the sooner we can see things open up a bit more.

Agree, but this is assuming that he will do well the next two games. This is what everyone is hoping for. JMO>

 

If we win the next 2 games by ugly scores of 14-10 or 13-9 we will be the worst 3-1 team in NFL history.

I got stuck at n Rome due to an Icelandic volcanic ash cloud… came across the bar and was looked after well by my Steelers brethren.

 

This hasn’t gotten soooo old! Yes our OC sucks, but what about players not executing plays? To me it’s 50-50 KP the past 2 weeks couldnt hit water if he was in a boat in the middle of the ocean!

The thing is, he can throw deep and he can throw touch passes, but for some reason, he has regressed in these first two games. Until he shows he can make defenses pay for attacking the line of scrimmage, the offense is going to be a mess.

 

Being away probably the best medicine for KP.

An offense THIS bad, of course, has a multitude of open sores contributing to the sickness. This offense is so legendarily bad, it's making the Steelers' offenses of the 80's appear Don Coryell-ish. When Cliff Stoudt and Mark Malone are looking down at your offensive production, you've got major, massive problems.

I will always say this....I don't agree. It make no sense. Just because we got beat in the 1st playoff game. Was the Green Bay Packers 15-1 team the worst 15-1 team in 2010 -11. Were we the worst 15-1 team in 2004....was the NE Patriots the worst 18-1 team??? I could go on, and on with this.

 

Yes of course, but not like a whole offseason to look at it...once they knew we were on their schedule for this year.

So because We had injuries, and the line got old....the 11-0 didn't count. LoL OK. I'm glad all those other teams let us win 11-0 games . That was so nice of them. Do You think they would be nice, and let us win 11 more games this year, or were they just feeling in good spirits that year??? LoL
