I have heard it said by a few Guys that the 1st preseason game for a rookie can be the most nerve-wracking for multiple reasons. So seeing our guy do that well in His 1st maybe a great thing.

 

I would think for so many guys that first game has them tied in knots. The difference in making the team or not is a HUGE difference in their wallets.

Years back I was at an Applebees and two very very large men were a few booths over. Overhearing them talk, they had recently been dismissed from Phil. Eagles try-outs. They were discussing contacting other teams. Always remember them saying if they couldn't at least make it on a practice squad they had no idea where their money was going to come from.

DL cuts should be interesting!

 

It would be great if they trade one for a CB!

 

Especially if you are a DL

 

And this week's highly touted rookie Benton will get to beat up on- O'Cyrus Torrence, who most of us loved in the draft.

 

So Benton is playing???
I thought they give Him the game off after last week

 

The only people not playing, according to Tomlin, are Tre Norwood, Larry Ogunjobi, and Nate Herbig.
