The History Channel several years ago had a computer program that ranked the greatest generals/leaders of all time. Some of the match ups were bad ass like the Nazis versus the Viet Cong, but the championship was George Washington against Napoleon and Washington was the winner. No leader has ever done more with less than George Washington.

It must have been at least 15 years ago it was on and I didn't see all of it so I don't know who all of the contestants were. I do remember that Washington defeated Napoleon for the championship.
