Isn't Wright a higher rated player at that position?

Harrison is a LT that is getting a big push after his combine performance. Kiper says he a top 15 talent and Mocked him going to the Jets at #13

Wright is a RT that most people have going in the 2nd round.

Bringing in a LT means that Chuks does not have to move sides again.

I was big on the idea of drafting Skoronski at 17 as the LG to replace Dotson and improve the OL immediately. However, as others have said we now have our guards.

I really don’t think I’d trade up for anyone. The other LTs in this draft aren’t generational talents in my opinion. I mean if the Ohio state kid or the one from Georgia falls to 17 and they pull the trigger I’d be fine with that, but I wouldn’t move up.

Ever since they changed the draft to round one on Thursday night and rounds two and three on Friday night I’ve been envious of the team picking 33rd. There are always at least a couple guys that were projected as first rounders still on the board after day one. I like the idea of getting a high pedigree guy that slid for some reason. I also really like the idea of some team trading a ton of capital to move up to that first pick in the second.

I think the Steelers are in the catbird’s seat in this draft. Serious talent may be available at both 17 and 32.

    banks
    darnell washington or mayer
    addison

getting these 3 in the first 32.

    mazi smith
    harrison

these two withing the next group of picks and this would be a fantastic draft.

get those 5 in the first 5 picks and moving up would be well worth it. if trading dotson and maybe mitch would help get us some picks added mid draft or above if it would help then why not. could it be possible? we could add a safety such as anthony johnson or terrell smith later.

Why? Qbs aren't worth trading up for anymore.

You made the statement that there would be no QB's taken in the first 20 picks this season. There is no use in arguing about it just wait 3 more weeks and see what happens.

You know if You think....I mean really use Your brain, and think about all the Qbs taken in the top of the 1st round in the last 10 years, and then go look at what most of them ended up being...then....think about ....I mean really think about it.....You would see that thing... You think ...You are doing... by keep posting this drivel is actually funny, but the funny part is on .....You...., and not on what You think You are doing.

Name your top ten qbs of all time.

And there's been busts. And there's been some great players. Like any other position drafted at any other time in the draft. Your point is moot.

And look at what you said. It's so many fissures according from you yet, all these scours, gms, executives, etc.. all the people that get paid to make the huge personell decisions that no one is paying for your expertise for, continue to draft qbs early in the top of the draft.
