Saw this short on YouTube. Looks like Stanley was trying to injure Cam's arm and 72 was trying to hold him down which is why he pushed him off. Looks like he puts his one hand on his forearm and them the other one on the back of his upper arm. Then he let's go and grabs his collar to pull him over.

I'm guessing they were trying for a delay of game call because they were both trying to hold him down.

Just weird they only seemed to want to control the game with calls and talks against the Steelers. Especially since they were obviously talking all game to the refs about the holding.

Heyward after the game was shown the video and asked about it.

He saw nothing wrong accept for sliding into the Ref.

Looked like Cam initially was trying to lay on the pile to burn the clock then got pulled down awkwardly by a Raven. It was a bad call, but Cam is a team Captain and has to be smarter than to take that chance there.

Watch it again. He does what every player does at the end then tries to get off the pile before 72 drags him down and he pushes him off before Stanley grabs his other arm then lets go and grabs his collar.

I didn't like the call, but need to be smarter.

Here's the other things - just because the Ravens were given a 1st down, the Steelers didn't need to allow a TD on the next play.

Also, if Boz doesn't miss a makeable FG, it's 13-12 at the end and the Steelers can run the last drive differently and kicked a GW FG with no time left.

Let's not ignore the Steelers got a dumb unsportsmanlike penalty vs the Raiders last week and got another one (meaningless) this week after the Minkah INT and Pickens was a probably close on his great catch.

Tomlin said in his postgame that the Steelers needed halftime to get their emotions in check - that comment has something behind it.

Those weren’t unsportsmanlike penalties. They were non uniformed players on the field.

Yes, I know, but they're still classified as unsportsmanlike I believe. Regardless, they're extremely dumb and undisciplined.

I'm going to have to watch that play again, I thought he lost his coolant at the wrong time when it happened.

I linked the Youtube Short. Good angle to see what went down too.

It's a bit curious to me that two weeks in a row the refs see the Steelers do this and throw a flag but after Hill's long kick return looked like the Ravens entire sideline was on the field including Jackson and Campbell both in plain clothes.

Another thing about the Ravens TD. That drive was set up by Boz's missed FG. Without the FG, the Ravens don't get the good starting position and more time is off the clock.

Bad call aside, the Steelers weren't completely innocent in allowing that TD either.

They were and I was screaming hot about it. Middle of the game as well. I know we say it each week and echo chamber and all, but this was a terrible display of one sided officiating.

I'm going to be interested when the weekly fines come out to see if Dobbins gets fined for not pulling his socks up too.

Of course, they missed the Ravens pulling him down. Idiots.

Strangling the opponent then clocking the ref will always get a call. Be aware of the situation.

"Near the pile" proves he doesn't know what he saw. Fire this person immediately.

Also looked like Minkah was unhappy with Cam on the sidelines after the play.

The games over. They won. Cam lingered a bit to long. The penalty call was weak. But it was called.

This. Everyone knows that the refs are going to grab the guy that retaliates and the last guy to push. That's just the way it is out there. As soon as guys get pushing, the refs will blow whistles and start yelling at guys to stop. Those who don't stop are going to get dinged. At the very end Cam flops onto a Raven player. He's a huge man, don't tell me he got pulled down. I can see the video too. He clearly got tugged and then chose to flop. That's what got him dinged.

It might be a bit weak, but it was justified. He didn't stop when told

It looked like he was pulled down and put his arms out to indicate that he wasn’t the aggressor. Didn’t work out.

I’m ALWAYS going to give the benefit of the doubt to Cam Heyward. End of story!
