I said it when that play happened. They like to just keep sending that kid back on the field. Shameful. Three concussions in a year, including two really bad ones. He needs to sit out the rest of the season. You have to let them fully heal. If he starts getting more next season, he should really think about doing something else. He had some injuries in college and is undersized.

I'm glad Kenny didn't play last week. It also makes you wonder about how bad they really were throughout league history. Guys must have gotten dozens of them and played through most. As bad as Aikman looks, I'm surprised he isn't worse.

Other sports the athletes are out longer than 5 days usually. Never understood how fast they came back in nfl. Prior to a few years ago bet a few guys would get 5+ a season.

If Tua plays again this season, nobody can say with a straight face that the league gives a sh!t about these men. This cannot end well for Tua and the dolphins. Someone is going to get their balls sued off

They should shut him down for the season, And hope no permanent damage has been done. I saw KP was wearing a different helmet
this past Saturday hopefully this may help him????????

KP's helmet was recommended by the doctors - Riddell Axiom, it is designed to flex to take the impact, that is the reason why the facemask doesn't go over the top which is why they wear a visor (gap is large enough for a fist). He said the back has a flex piece to help with hitting the back of his head. I keep wondering why they can't add something to the back of the helmet/shoulder pads to help prevent this type of concussion.

I know I have had several concussions from football and boxing. I was only 8 years old when I got knocked out cold while playing youth football. Back then the coach would just tell you that you got your bell rung and sit out a few plays until your head cleared.

The Dolphins are going to keep screwing around until they get this poor kid killed.

It would appear he has an issue with concussions. I still remember what Mike Webster looked like as he struggled with brain damage due to concussions. I wouldn't wish that death on anyone. Tua better sit the rest of the season or the club just doesn't care about his health

Not wishing bad on the Kid, but He has been hurt one way , or another since college. Also He has had 3 concussions in 3 months(if it's all true....I'm not a Doctor)....how do You even go forward with Him as a Dolphin???

I see your point. UT concussions are different from bone, muscle, or ligament damage. Those can be debilitating physically but the don't steal who you are. Not disagreeing with you but I thin there's a difference. I can't get Mike Webster out of my mind.

This is why I'm not sure Dolphins should even consider going forward with Him
