    time to put up our best game to date. i'm thinking ribs should do the job this week. leaving nothing but bones on the plate and on the field. our pigeons can beat your rat birds any day. :smiley1::cool:

    Excellent selection for starters. I'll be at my watering hole at 12:32:17 waiting for first draft placement 12" in front of me next to my cheese curds as my starter. But if I were planning a meal, it'd be BBQ Rat Bird with Watt sauce and, ahh, snake surprise.

    Although I suspect bratwurst and sauerkraut are not common in NC

    Got a local bar that makes killer Peanut butter & Jelly xtra crispy wings. Too nervous to watch during so hoping to eat them after a convincing win where the Steelers can dominates in all 3 phases.

    I’m making crab cakes and eggs for breakfast again

    When it was on sale I bought a lot of it

    Chuck roast potatoes onions carrots slow roasted for dinner

    Nothing better this time of year than smelling a roast while watching the Steelers

    Same as the last two weeks. As long as We Win I eat the same thing....So......Turkey pot pie. If We Win this one I will have to go buy more Turkey. Not a whole one this time....just maybe some breast

    I’m going to buy a Turkey this week for another reason

    We did thanksgiving elsewhere and didn’t have any leftovers

    But my wife makes really good Turkey enchiladas

    Really good Turkey enchiladas just to repeat

    Sauteed chicken breast Cajun style (Prudhomme's red fish magic) deglaze with sherry and butter, sauteed Holy Trinity add some tomato paste, garlic and chicken stock, served over white rice.

    Ah. I remember those days. My off days when working midnight shift were usually Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I'd be drinking beer and fishing at 8 am while neighbors drove by.

    I hope to never work midnights again. Wouldn't wish it on my own worst enemy.

    ribs been on low and slow since 7:00 AM. one rack dry rub, one rack with Hog Heavan Bar-B-Que sauce. < have to make another trip to that restaurant and get another 1/2 gallon, since this rack should about do it in. pretty good stuff and i'm more a dry rub guy, but it's good. anyway i have to transport them to my son's house for some sticky fingers game time yum. pigeon power!!!! go stillers. :smiley1::cool:
