I d be in favor of keeping Tomlin IF he hires competent co-ordinators and doesn't get involved in the draft, and hires someone to manage the clock and knows when to challenge a bad call.

IF he would agree to that and just continue to stand on the sideline and look cool and lay out some more quotable lines during the post game press conference I d be ok with it.

I don t think upper management has the stones to fire him after one losing season.

 

As someone said before, the only way Tomlin leaves is on his own accord.
