He also ran around and over people last year. I don't know how to describe what hes doing this year, but he needs to run more like warren.

 

Najee has to stop with the Shake and Bake, dance moves. He looks like happy feet Payton Manning at times. He seems to be overthinking instead of going full steam ahead. Warren does this better. He runs with authority. But of course they will play the 1st round pick/Capitan more.

They also need to pass to set up the run. Back the safeties off. This run, run, pass crap isn't working.

 

Well they damn better because he is running people over unlike Harris. Their is no defense for Najee's play. None.

That is what is so troubling. How does he regress to this extent when he was doing much better last year? Injury? Coaching? Something no one knows about? JMO>

 

Just a thought but is it possible that he is being coached to be like L Bell where he did his little pause patience stutter stepping after getting the ball as a means of finding something behind an inferior OL? Bell had a lot of success with that technique so what else could explain Harris' performance and style of last year to this year? Harris does face DBs crowding the LOS a lot and when they don't the running game gets more traction (I believe this is what Romo was pointing out). Maybe that is why Warren has daylight more often. JMO>

Hard to believe Warren went undrafted based on what he is doing for us. The only explanation for going undrafted is that he hadn't peaked during his college playing time and now we're seeing that potential rising up big time. Glad we found him and is on our side. JMO>

This sums up the problem…aside from running. I like Najee…he’s a worker and feels like a Steeler. But he looks more like Trent Richardson every week. This sums it up.

i screamed for the Steeler to pick up Leonard Fornette when he was available. We could have used that first round pick we used on Najee on some O line help. He is a Steelers' type of back. That being said, where in the hell is the running backs coach?
