I know many of you think Kenny is not the real deal and would want Mitch or even Mason, but bottom line it really doesn't matter who's throwing the ball with Canada calling the plays there isn't a QB in the league that would be awesome not even Mahomes or Allen. Our receivers aren't getting open because of the crappy routs he has them running multiple time the end up in the same spot and it only takes one guy to cover two if they are standing together. We will never know who would be a great QB until this dumb a** is gone. That's the facts.

I have never seen such a bad OC....He is also costing so much money at many players on offense...Look how different JuJu is in KC this year

This is the same thing a lot of us have been saying since last year. Ben was not the problem that people thought he was last year, he was the only thing keeping it from being worse. Now we see what it's like without Ben making up for Canada's terrible play calling/coaching/style/etc.

I feel like we are on an Offensive Coordinator Curse.

Rooney ran Bruce Arians out of town and forced him into retirement, and we been cursed ever since.

But he was using Ben's toughness as a true asset and come playoff time, our offense was doing the job under him for the most part.

Ben had only missed 2 games in 5 years due to injury under Arians...Of course I know it was time for a change after that as Ben was getting older

Haley made them better. He made Roethlisberger better. Getting rid of him to appease Roethlisberger was the real mistake.

I’m confused. I thought everything was Tomlin’s fault?

"I’m not changing for the sake of changing," Tomlin said. "I’m changing if I feel it produces a better desired outcome in any area. We’re looking at those things. We’re open to those things. but not in an effort to quell the masses." - Mike Tomlin

Tomlin has stated multiple times he loves Canada's approach to offense... You want real change let's turn this staff over and build with our new QB.

This is incredibly true. Not blaming Ben…Haley had a rep for not being easy to work with…and it takes two to tango. I’d love to see him back. Never happen, but one can dream.

Agree, Haley gave Ben his HOF career by teaching him how to get rid of the ball. Arians was going to get Ben injured and out of football real quick.

I blame both of them for not figuring out how to get along. Sure, most of that is on Haley because he is a coach. He should be more mature, but Roethlisberger wasn't a kid, either. They both should have grown up and made it work.

I don't know what Kenny is at this point... I will ride the fence and let Pickett let me know during his rookie deal.
It has yet to be determined if he is the franchise or a #2 QB.

IF true, then MT may be compromised in his ability to manage his direct report. However, this is a huge "if". Plus, I wonder if the Rooney's are aware of this relationship or if they would react in any way if it were true.

Art III reminds me of Bernie in weekend at Bernie’s. I think he might be alive but not really sure. Sleepy Art

I would support bringing Haley back as HC if/when Tomlin ever decides to move on to his next chapter. Some will recall that I was the first one on this board to call for his hiring as OC, right @Blast Furnace@Blast Furnace.

The Steelers don't fire coaches during the season, that nonsense about Canada recruiting Tomlin's son means nothing.

Haley seemed a bit crazy and I'm sure he was hard to get along with, but he's one of the best OCs I can remember the team having.

I think we're all in agreement about how bad Canada is. But haven't we beaten this topic to death already. But there's a new thread every single day saying the exact same thing as the ones before
