I just cook and love eating New Mexico style food which is nothing like the TexMex that comes out of Texass and even worse California

I have a son who doesn't eat vegetables so it evens out.

 

I find it gross, but it might be knowing ahead of time that it's not meat.
My wife and daughter tried to trick me with one from burger king but I didn't take the bait. I don't really eat burger king so it was a longshot anyway. I brought home the one that looks like raw meat with blood, but the blood is beet juice. They wouldn't eat it.
