Tomlin should have input on all coaching and player decisions. The buck stops with him. We need to stop making excuses. Clean house as soon as possible! The situation is messed up from top to bottom. Please don't say who we can replace Tomlin with. Simply find somebody.

No. The standard is the standard. You know the drill. After the season Tomlin will replace the running backs coach and call it a retirement.

No, IMO there will be no coaching changes in the near future much to my dismay. . With the experience some of these coaches have either there bad communicators, never learned how to coach or lied on there resume.

Both the OC and DC were promoted from within. No resume was needed; it was just a wink, and a nod and then Tomlin promoted them to their new position.

Tomlin will have to throw some of these coaches under the bus to save his job.

Okay, I nominate you! Or any of the dozen others who use their first post to remind all of us how bad things are. Thanks for the reminder, we forgot!

I have been on in years past. Lately I am trying to listen more and speak less. I have been a steelers fan for approaching 50 years. I have seen good, bad, and mediocre with this team. Right now is as bad as I have seen. It's time l for a change. Sooner better than later.

This will be one of those years when those of us in other areas of the country see other people wearing Steeler gear we just look at each other and shake our heads in shame. No words are spoken.

we were pretty depleted on defense today. we had practice squad players on the field. we lost witherspoon, edmunds, wallace, sutton, leal, kazee, watt. that is a big chunk of our defense that we were counting on this year. is it any surprise we look this bad?

Fire the coaches that fixes everything. Toss in a little fairy dust and voila!

Couldn't agree more. Get the call right in the first place and Daniels doesn't have to get involved. Refs blew that one big time.

Agreed. A rookie QB starting against probably the best team in the league and a D that is missing a ton of players. I will wait to see how next week goes (assuming some of the guys come back) and see how that goes.

As much as I loved Ben and his heroics late in games, in the past few years a lot of those comebacks were after he had served up a big lead to the other team.

I don't mean to dump on Ben and this is not a popular opinion but he didn't do us any favors in the last few years with his salary, he basically hand cuffed the team against the salary cap.

That and serious misses in the draft and not investing in the Oline has put us in the position we are in now.

The defense yesterday was going to struggle with all the injuries, but earlier in the year they sucked to.

Maybe we all expected Alualu to come back and be the rock in the middle he used to be.

There doesn't seam to be enough talent to offset not having Watt and like last year we are expecting Heyward to replace Alualu and Tuitt .

We need some of our young DL to blossom and develop very quickly.

If offense doesn't improve significantly, I don't see him making it through this season.

The Steelers way, which is outdated and not working anymore, doesn’t change coaches mid season. No way he’s still here next year though.

Buffalo is good on both sides of the football. Even crazier Buffalo was with out some key players to boot.

But, Buffalo is primed to go on the Super Bowl run, its their time, they did what good teams do, go and out and beat the crap out of bad teams.

Which is what we are a bad team.

Look Buffalo punted 7 times all year.. coming into yesterday. You can see why they are good and Josh Allen is the man.

You get a guy like that your going to be a contender almost every year.

Steelers just have to get better, but it may be a long road till we get back there.
