Well the whole offense sucked, so I give him a pass. Recognizing you can do better is a start. He'll have more time to prepare and may see more action this week.

Having said that, do the DB's interfere with Gilreath on that route in the endzone? Probably not, but Plax has a history. Without that PI, we have no offensive touchdown.

 

Yeah that's the guy that sent the tweet. I think another dude wrote the article. I found it on steelers depot. Do they just post things from other sites? I'm not that familiar with them.

 

This! I even heard some of the TV/radio "experts" from the area/etc saying the same thing. And people are taking it out of context. I dont think even the most perfect route would have had a different outcome the ball should have NEVER been thrown. The end.

 

Jack Attack

Wallace does this on every pass his way! Seems lazy, not aggressive, does not go after the pass strong, and does not come back to the ball when needed. He is a real disappointment this year. All he's got now is his speed. He appears to not want to get hurt and go after the big bucks after this year. But the way he is playing he is going to loose money, unless some teams just buy him for his speed.

 

Maybe you didn't know but JackAttack is one of the biggest Wallace critics on this board. He is probably in the top 5 actually. I am number one. Shaner is number 2. Myron is number 2A. Jack is number 2B.

 

Lol, TTF should have a list system for this, just so we all know where we stand - "See users by - date joined; number of posts; cumulative criticism of Mike Wallace".

Just going back to an earlier point as well: we can't actually bench Plex. If you check the official website, you'll see that the next person on the WR depth chart is that girl with the ponytail who sees to the on-field injuries.

 

LOL to both of you guys! I also think it would be a good idea for like a "hateometer" or something. LOL. I would also like an "excuseometer" for the people who are constantly making excuses for certain guys too. That would be awesome!

 

Regardless of that route on the Int (it was a terrible pass even if he ran a better route), I was hoping in the last minute on the hail marry pass Charlie was going to go toward Plax vice Wallace. (The play that was an int to really seal the game.) I think Plax has a much greater chance at a up for grabs ball than Wallace.
