Starting QB

Just look at media. On YT if you search Steelers starting QB you have many national and regional programs talking about it. Not saying this is the reason, but I can't remember the team having this much daily national exposure in among time.

It's silly overall..what difference does it make? The team will know when the planning starts for the game.

 

Shane’s Dad, Steve, played for the Pirates for a couple of yrs in the early ‘90s.

A little off topic but living up here in CT I used to get a lot of the Boston team affiliate stations and Ive never seen anything more empty for material than a Belichick press conference.

Cowher I felt at times gave away some emotion about a play or player to give you sort of a pulse on what his take was on a situation.

I think like many other have stated that these coaches do not even give a morsal to cook up and nibble on to the media.

Its really inconsiderate of Tomlin to not name QB1. He should be giving the Bengals enough time to practice/prepare for a specific QB!!!!!!!!!!!!

You miss the Steelers game at the end of the regular season against the Chiefs? Big time blowout, I think Henne was in during the 3rd QTR.

 

Mahomes played the entire game, including a fourth-quarter drive that began with under eight minutes remaining and the Chiefs up 21 points.

 

I will not worry about it. Even tho the media wants me to worry about it.

 

I was at that game and that is not how I remembered it.

I thought I remembered Henne playing a few series and then Rudolph even came out for a series late in the game.

 

I told You He had Mitch picked as league MVP earlier, and He's now scared He won't start. LoL

 

For what it’s worth Henne has no passing stats for the game but he does have two rushes for 0 yards

 

I don't have a recollection from the game but it seems plausible that Henne got some reps late in the game to just handoff and eat clock.

 

I think it’s pretty obvious what’s going on here. The writing is on the wall and I can’t believe you so called knowledgeable Steeler fans can’t see it. There can only be one reason why Tomlin has not named a starter…BEN IS COMING BACK, BABY!!!

I can see millions of reasons they can be happy about many things including this. Just because it hasn't been announced doesn't mean those in question don't know. I think they do, one way or another.

My bad. I didn't read your first post carefully enough. I thought you were talking about the playoff game, not the regular-season one. Mahomes took every snap in the playoff game, but Henne and Rudolph did finish the one in December.

 

If Trubisky wins the MVP...I would almost guarantee the Steelers win number 7
