11/21/12 Practice Notes And Roster Moves

    Here are some notes from out of Steelers practice today.

    Did Not Practice:

    Troy, Cotchery, Ben, Gilbert, Hood, and Leftwich

    Limited:

    Antonio Brown

    Full Participation:

    Will Allen, Redman, and Sylvester

    Isaac Redman passed his first IMpact test today and has another tomorrow.

    Jamie McCoy changed his number to 82 and gave Burress 80.

    Burress was said to look good at practice. He even admitted that he was a little surprised at how well it went.

    DeCastro worked on individual drills and got reps with the scout team today. He said he felt fine after practice and "It felt good, strong."

    Baron Batch and Marshall McFadden who were cut yesterday to make room, both cleared waivers and were re-signed to the Practice Squad.

    Ryan Lee and Jamie McCoy were cut from the Practice Squad.

    It wasn't a shot at Wallace, everyone knows the Steelers don't have height at the WR position, that's all he meant. Plax has almost a half of foot on the next tallest receiver.

    Double D back in the fold YEA YEA, Now hopefully
    he will get a nastiness and agressiveness built up to take
    the head off defenders that pass his way. Be like Faneca Double D.
