I would rather not give up a game at anytime due to poor play ..As long as we play well and are getting better the wins and losses are not so huge as we stand right now ..To me there are 2 Seasons so we start the playoffs 0 and 0 just like everyone else..I think Coach T can sell that narrative if we happen to be 16-0 going in...

As much as I want to be 16-0 and SB #7 I don't expect it to happen. Ben is playing great so far but does anyone remember a season where he doesn't have a brain fart game where he throws 3 picks.
If we get to the big one and win it I don't care about 16-0 I want to get to #7 first.

We need to find a running game before I will let myself get caught up in the 16-0 hype.

I stand corrected I might have already been blinded by the hype.

My ONLY concern for an undefeated season is to take back a little respect and shove it in the Dolphins face. Naming the Dolphins the team of the 70's was a joke!

I'll take Been going out on repeat SB wins over 19-0.

And undefeated seasons are rare for a reason. Doubly so in today's game.

I don't expect it at all. But it sure would be sweet.

He also said going undefeated was one of his goals

We better go 16-0 if we want that bye week because KC isn’t losing another game.

Free agency would most likely prevent repeating.

I disagree with those saying the Chiefs won't lose another game, they play at the Saints, and at the Buccaneers.

We better find balance on offense, consistency on defense, and a brain on special teams or it won't matter where we play KC. We might be the second best team in football, but we're not ready for KC.

Say what? We’re winning and that’s all that matters. These weak arguments that start out “if we play like this against (insert team) we’ll lose “ are just that , weak.

You have to remember that players are only human. Going 16-0 is amazing, but at some point, the pressure of the undefeated season will be in their mind and will weigh on them. While we all would love a 16-0 season, I would love a 12-4 regular season with a SB win better than a 16-0 regular season without the SB.

Pressure and doubt is human nature. The more pressure there is, the more doubt can creep in. 16-0 entering the playoffs is a ton of pressure. I think I'd rather a couple losses and the first place seed. At least then expectations are normal for a first place team and the players can just focus on the next game, rather than continuing the undefeated streak.

I don't think there's any football fan alive that thinks the Dolphins were the greatest franchise of the 70's. While they may consider themselves the greatest team of the 70's due to that one season, they can't compete with us and they know it

Mostly agreed. A running game against KC sure would be helpful to keep the ball out of their hands. I'm all for quick strikes, but if we don't convert, we give the ball back to Mahomes. With a running game, we have the option of keeping the ball out of his hand and limiting the damage he can do. We can win without a running game, but if we face KC, a running game might be necessary. Give Mahomes enough tries and he'll score

I guess I missed that, barring the Steelers, I think the Raiders or the Cowboys (as much as I have the thought) would have as much recognition as the Dolphins.

Going 19-0 will mean nothing if the running game doesn't improve.

Saints just lost their QB for the season. Tampa playing their A game could possibly win that game. Pretty much the only hope for another KC loss this season.

Wait until you get into your 60"s it starts to shrink and can be a ***** to find when you need it in a pinch.

I don't see them losing either. Who gets it if we both are 15-1?? I don't know the tiebreakers.

Good question. They lost to the Raiders so if we lost to a divisional team and were both 15-1 I’m not sure??
