I just chalk it up as one of those games. Redman is not better than Mendy but just a tougher runner.

Yeah, Mendy has never fumbled in a critical situation...Super Bowl anyone? Redman is better at gaining consistent positive yardage than Mendy. Mendy is simply more of a threat to break a big play than Redman.

    I agree with this.

A lot of players had a bad game today. These were Redman's first fumbles all year. I still support the guy.

im not saying he is terrible (he is an ok backup roll player)its a sarcastic post in light of the fact everyone says Redmen is better then Mendy and that Mendy is labled fumble prone mind u because of 1 fumble in the Bowl Redmen has a better avg now he also has a better Fumble avg lmao

I still have trouble faulting Mendy for that SB fumble...he was hit while basically gettinbg the handoff and did not even have a chance to secure the ball away, the block was missed and Clay laid a huge hit on him. I think 99% of the back have the same outcome there.

Like it or not Redman is the best we have now unless Moore gets healthy. Hopefully he will do well next week.

I think Redman hits the hole alot harder than Mendy. He is more than adequate and we will be just fine with him as our starter. I am not worried at all.

it was a cold day and Redman is usually very sure handed. the 1st fumble the defensinve player made a great hit and second one Redman had both hands on the ball, but he got spun around and looked like he was putting a hand down to brace his fall.

regardless, he is a big part of the running game and if Mendy is hurt he and Clay will be the running game and we need them both to be great.

Not necessarily better but def a tougher runner. The most puzzling thing to me is why Redman does not get more carries during a game? Why does Mendy have to be injured to get this guys reps? Trust me I already know the answer lol

Mendy's soft way of running is what caused the injury, he should've dropped the shoulder into the oncoming defender, instead of putting on the breaks like he always does. Maybe he'll learn from this.

He seems to have stopped his spin move so there is hope. Wish Mendy a speedy and healthy recovery.

Dude he ran the ball very hard and refused to go down that was a direct result of fumble #2,,,the 1st. one was a poor exchange because of Bens ankles......Don't get me wrong I don't condone turnovers no matter who does it or why,,,but his running looked very good to me now he must secure the ball and I believe he will.....

Let's give freakfontana a break guys, english isn't his native language. It'd be fun to see how your Italian would match up.

Back to the topic, I hope Mendy's injury isn't as bad as it sounds and I hope he has a speedy recovery. Redman had a bad night as far as ball control is concerned (obviously), but I'm not worried about his reliability in that regard. Backs who are violent the way he is do have a higher potential for losing the ball, so hopefully tonight was a wake up call for him to get that football in his armpit, or go to the ground with two hands on the ball.

Let's all keep in mind that our team sucks in Staintown. Maybe it is the air or I don't know whatall. That town just brings out the suck in us. Fogitabout it. Denver sucks, we'll crush them!

Also if Mendy is out the rest of the year. I think we have 3 great running backs for next year. Should help us get Number 8. Right now we got to climb the stairway to SEVIN!
