Hopefully He has worked on this, but let's look at T. Edmunds....while He is physically gifted....He still has the stiffest Hips I can ever remember from a DB.....So where His is super gifted in one aspect....He is not so much in another...
Maybe a sort of same thing for Claypool

Barry Sanders would like a word, FootballPlagiarist.

I see that among the list of things you don't understand is why teams have prospects run shuttle drills. Flexibility and body control are physical gifts. Players can work on cutting all they like, but it is also natural ability. I guess there wasn't some video or article out there explaining that, so you don't understand it.

That is exactly what FootballPlagiarist doesn't get. It is funny because he has always been such a blind supporter of Antonio Brown. The ability to change direction quickly was always one of the talents that made Brown such a great receiver.

    :hmm:

If agility based aspects such as cutting is not a major pre requisite to create separation, then why are receivers like Paul Warfield, Lance Alworth, Steve Largent and Marvin Harrison all in Canton?! Never mind that, why are more colleges producing talents like Chris Olave, Garrett Wilson and Jameson Williams?!

Mind you I am only using the 2022 class for using the 2021 Class would be greatly magnifying the aforementioned question; me being quite generous at that.

I've seen people get better at route running. Like tyreek hill. He did not come into the nfl cutting and running routes like he did. You can work on footwork and everything if you have the physical tools to do it. Body control and flexibility can be learned as well. Some by nature are more flexible than others but you can definitely gain body control and flexibility over time. Not speed, size, quickness, etc... Tom Brady has worked on that over 20 years. Never ever will have it.
