If, after the ****show we’ve been treated to thus far, the Steelers turned things around and made the playoffs? I’d have to acknowledge the good coaching.

 

If the fired Tomlin today the short list would include Munch as in house interim, Dom Capers, DL and possibly a minority guy like Caldwell or Frasier.

 

I don’t want anybody in house.

 

That was my stab at what the front office would do. I'm sure KC and to a lesser extent AR2 have a bad taste still from how the Wisenhunt/Grim deal and how the vets responded I would think they would consider Munch to appease the locker room. Capers aND Dl because they have HC experience and know the 3-4 so very little shake up.

 

I don’t want Munch because these guys have played for him as a coach and I don’t think they’ll have any fear of his authority. It’ll be more of the same. Need to shake up the locker room. JMO

 

I know you're saying what the FO would do, but I would hate to have Dom Capers as a coach of anything here. Not a fan of his at all. If something very drastic happened and MT was fired, (no way in heck imo), maybe John Mitchell finishes off the year so the position coaches are not uprooted. Think about Mitchell on the sidelines giving it to some ref, that'd be a sight!

 

End of this era for this team...... Ben is shot... Heyworthless stinks.... Tuit has done nothing.. Our offensive line is getting older.... We have the worse collection of Talent in the secondary That I have ever seen... Our linebackers are garbage... Connors is not a starting rb...

 

Yep, I was thinking we should get somebody from the out house.

Oh and how did I forget to mention that we probably have worse coaching staff in football.......... Tomlin once again was outcoached in a big game. Surprise surprise..........

 

Why because he doesn't win as much as you think he should? The only people that hate Tomlin are fans .

 

Yeah the Rooney's are going to change their ways, because of one losing season I don't see it happening.

 

Can't believe it's been almost ten years since the last SB win. Time flies. Realistically, this team isn't going to win a SB until the coaches and defense are upgraded.

 

No Thanks on Dom Capers. DC or HC. They couldn't wait to be rid of him in Green Bay.
