I think he is referring to Friermuth, Harris Johnson and Claypool. If these guys play to their potential ( they're not) it's a good lineup on paper. I agree with him 100%

Our receivers are not perfect, but they are still good and they would be more productive in a better situation than the steelers right now. Just in KC, JuJu becomes better and better and he is their best WR on this team and the chiefs are first in points scored right now...The Steelers probably have the worst coaching on offense in the NFL and it make a huge difference

There is talent on this Steeler team. If we can add a few more players at certain positions, Our offensive
plan needs large improvement. Hopefully changes will be made,

It was during the Chiefs/ Raiders game when Chris Jones sacked Carr and they called roughing. Aikman said something about hoping they take the dresses off the QBs. He shouldn't have said it but it was a reasonable response to a BS roughing call. If you watch the replay, Jones put his arm in the ground to take his weight and didn't flop on Carr. Total BS call by the refs.

The worst rankings for the steelers on offense since 1970 is 28th(on 30 teams) in 1998.Right now they are 31st in points scored.Only the Broncos are worst right now. They are also 30th in yards. They were 25th in 1998.

Yeah this is likely the worst steelers offense in the last 50 years

Yep the plays are so dang simple and none of them seem to build on each other or have any specific plan of attack ...Even a HS Coach makes a more complete plan and tries to find some weaknesses to exploit ..We have a great point of attack WR we have a real shifty in space WR a big strong hard to bring down WR and a solid Te with good hands not to mention a RB who is above average as a pass catcher and yet we still can't score points..

I see no reason this Team should not score 21 to 28 points a game even with a Rookie making some mistakes .. Heck just throw Go Routes on every down would score more than our current scheme... The first real change this OC should make it attacking the middle of that Cover 2 by Useing PA up the middle with multiple WR'S running routes towards that middle off of the PA .. Use different speeds to attack different levels of that middle so both deep guys can't jump the same route,, basically you can turn cover 2 into man with the right scheme and if our WR'S or TE'S or RB'S can't beat LB'S and Safeties 1 on 1 then we are doomed no matter what....

As I stated above we have the guys we just need to scheme them into winnable matchups...

It's obvious this offense is really bad and change needs to be done. Canada needs to be regulated to not calling plays or fired all together. It might not do much with the change too Sullivan but maybe he will call the same plays better. We are not getting a new playbook at midseason, so, we are stuck with what we got. But at least we might not run on first down, call the same plays just in the opposite direction, use the middle of the field and open up the route tree with these receivers.

Who gives a crap about what the woke mob has to say about anything?! Next thing you know they’ll want Jack Lambert to apologize for saying they should put dresses on quarterbacks back in the 70s. Good luck with that! Are they upset because no biological woman has ever or will ever play quarterback in the NFL or because he suggested that all women wear dresses? This cancellation idiocy is getting ridiculous!

This would be the minority. The majority of folks would not, in my opinion, but the fear is the media who can influence a narrative many more times than the majority of fans combined. The only negative press that I see is usually on coaches other than the HC. In reality, nothing is destined to change any time soon. So, let's play ball and do the best we can with what we have. Matt Canada: “I know we have to score more points, and that’s my only focus. It’s hard to score. It’s hard for everybody, but that doesn’t matter. You have to find ways to score touchdowns. Every offense across the league is trying to do that.” You catch on quick, Matt. It took me years of watching football to realize that's what offenses were trying to do.

This is the same guy that admitted he didn't know what he was going to do with Calvin Austin. He is completely overmatched and incompetent. He should seriously consider stepping aside. The offensive coordinator should be putting this young offense in situations where they can succeed. When in doubt, Canada calls a jet sweep. At this point, Canada has become his own story and I think it's a distraction. No, he didn't inherit The Greatest Show on Turf to be sure, but this offense should be better than it has shown.

And another thing. Jaylen Warren should be the starting fullback. I like Najee Harris. I think he's a good dude. But something is off with him. Whether he's injured, gun shy or taking bad advice on what kind of back he is, there are yards there to be had if he would hit the holes in the defense that are there harder than he does. Instead, he's dancing around, jump-cutting and trying to jump over defenders. I look at him and Claypool and I see two players that either aren't watching game film closely or, are receiving poor coaching. Harris doesn't have the speed to be the type of back he appears to try to emulate at times. You're 235#, just truck people. He's capable of it, we just don't see it enough. Not a great run blocking offensive line to be sure, but Harris could help them out at times, too.
