moore is not bad. I was never excited over blount. that many teams is a red flag for me. Mitchell is a major disappointment to me

While yes the situation now may say that Blount's signing wasn't good...I disagree...if he wouldn't have done what he did...it would be a perfectly fine signing.

Moore...he was only brought in to be a depth guy (#3-4 on the chart) and thats what he's done...don't see it as a bad deal.

Mitchell...he's had some bad games...but he's also had a few good ones too. I personally think he is still adjusting...and now with injuries and such...he has to get used to other players back there/etc. I don't think its fair at all to say he's one of the worst...just like for a draft pick its unfair to say they are a bust within the first few years. Give this one some time and we'll revisit it.

You people must be either too young or have blocked out Donnell Woolford.

If tearing it up is 70 yards on the season, yep, he's killing it.

for all those who wonder why we were never active in free agency in the past. This why. Bringing in cancers from other teams isn't always a good thing.

If you honestly try to defend or justify the play of Mike Mitchell, you really need your Greg scanned. He's the worst safety we've had in ten years.

No he's not, hasn't been great but his play doesn't warrant being the steeler fans scape goat.

    Anthony Smith ring a bell?

Agreed. Just have Wheaton and Bryant who are blossoming quickly. Moore is a good 3rd/ 4th wide and so far a good teammate

I think trading a conditional pick to the cards for Levi Brown gets the worst Signing in years, bar none, they knew he had a history of being injury prone that's why the cards were dumping him, but we signed him anyway...

I didn't think Blount was a bad signing... His bad attitude sucks but he was a decent player. Moore I liked too. Mitchell....he can leave any day as far as I am concerned.

I vote for Deuce I think he played 5 snaps out of 1000.... Would have been better signing a poster cut out of Franco hell that would have had more Impact on the game than Deuce I can't find my game pants Staley...

He was our cheerleader, he started 10 games in 04, 1 game in 05, and none in 06, in 3 years he had 11 starts and collected 12 million , a million a start not bad for a malingerer...

So did you all not like these signings in the beginning of this season? Personally I did.

Mitchell. A good coverage free safety.
Blount: Talented back, good change of pace. A Pittsburgh type of bruiser.
Moore: A good slot guy, has some quicks. A vet.

Of course we know what happened to Blount and now Mitchell has had his twitter taken away. He has been a major disappointment.
Moore is there for vet presence and has contributed.
