I am not ready to bury Rudolph yet. It was horrible weather. Even Ben has horrible games in that weather. Ball is slick and you lose the touch passes if you grip ball too tight. He also didnt have Juju or Chase, and his receivers dropped passes. He had a horrible interception. Those slant passes and underthrown TD were also bad, but weather can have affect on the touch passes. Rudolph was pretty good before he got hurt in Baltimore and came back too quick. There's no one available out there that will be better. Drafting is a crapshoot as Goff showed today.

The tie could either help the Steelers or hurt them depending on what teams they are fighting with records are. If the Steelers finish with 9 wins and other teams like the Bengals and Raiders finish with 9 wins the Steelers get in over one or both at 9-7-1 to their 9-8.

Ben may or may not play. We don't know yet, but he had symptoms Saturday which he felt the need to report and be tested. It's not a given he is symptom free in time to get the negative tests needed.

I was vaxxed with pfizer and contracted coronavirus and I had symptoms for 10 days or so. Now I didnt have the ability to test everyday nor did I take a 2nd test so who fully knows, but the timeframes tight. Would have been better if it was the same as rodgers who was earlier in the week rather than 8 days from the teams next game.

If he is symptom free and feels good and has 1 negative test within 48 hours of the game he should be good to go especially since he is vaccinated. It’s ridiculous he has to have 2 negative tests when he is vaccinated. These Covid rules currently in place now are stupid and make no sense.

Tell me about it. Diff rules everywhere. It was hard enough understanding the rules for my kids and school. I didnt get any treatments but id imagine ben would get the antibodies or regeneron or whatever to hopefully expedite the situation.

    We can’t.

10-6-1 or 9-7-1 or 8-7-2 (how many more bad teams do we play)

What is the latest update w Ben and other injuries?

I think we need 5 more wins to advance to playoffs.

AFC West, AFC North and maybe East- will get a wildcard.

From what I read Ben would have to have 2 negative Covid test 24 hours apart.

So at the latest he would have to one negative Covid Test Friday, and then another Covid Test Saturday.

But more than likely it will have to have one Thursday and One Friday, as the team travels Saturday for a Sunday game.

Depending on how he feels with symptoms, and being that this happened just about 7 days before and the whole deal to come back such as Aaron Rodgers went through seems like 10-day event.. and not 7 days....

If I was betting money on this I would say we wouldn't have Ben against Chargers and that he probably be back for the Bengals game.
