Thanks for this comment. For me this season I was just going to relax and watch Ben's last year. I figured the team would either just miss the playoffs or go 1 and done like you said. No big deal. What really triggered me was giving up 200+ rushing yards in 4 different games. This is not the same type of team I started cheering for in the early 90s so I can't imagine what fans from the 70s think. The type of football I like doesn't have very much in common with the current Steelers.

I thought I heard on SNR that there were 5 games they gave up 200 yards and they were 3-1-1 in those games.

Qualities of a winner in anything in life. I believe one of the differences in a lot of great players in sports. That's why some can put up amazing numbers in regular season. They know there is always tomorrow, but get in the Big games where there is no tomorrow, and choke. Same in anything.

Don't feel like starting a whole new thread, and haven't seen this posted on here, but by the end of tomorrow, Ben should be #3 for all time Post Season passing yards, passing Joe Montana (needs 16 yards) and Brett Favre (needs 81 yards). He would need to make it to the Super Bowl averaging 650 yards per game to pass manning, and around 8000 yards to catch Brady.
Bad news is he's only got 98 yards on Rogers, so he may be #4 at the end of the playoffs. No other active player, except Joe Flacco, is within 3000 yards.

That's a huge "what if". I'll reconsider if we pass that threshold. Even so,how do you consider it justified? We played under the same rules, cap, covid influences, injuries, etc as every other team has had to grapple with. What one thing has happened to us that hasn't happened to any other team this year? I really don't know and if you can describe something, I'd appreciate it and being better informed. JMO>

After popping positive for the second time with this covid crap this week, I can volunteer to deliver some mail to him and ensure I sneeze on it right before putting it into his mailbox. JK about the mail, not the covid. Just trying to think of ways to help the home team. 3 more days of quarantine and it's all good.

What one thing happened to the Steelers? One thing? Well... for starters, the offense has completely blown chunks for 2/3rds of 60 minute games. Also, the D-line and ILBs got gashed in the run game for over 200 yards on several occasions. I'm shocked this team is even in the playoffs.... but I'll take it.

I'll say it.... worst Steelers playoff team ever, unless they beat the Chiefs. '89 Steelers > '21 Steelers.
