Two story book endings? First Bettis now Ben?

Ok, I don’t believe that will happen but I really hope they can at least advance past the first rd. At the very least, play a good game. Seeing Ben sit on the bench after last years debacle was tough. Think that was a big reason he came back. That and the $.

Here’s hoping he can dig deep for one last run :steelflag:

Haven’t seen it anywhere but if we get in it’ll be as the #7 seed, KC are the #2 seed so Pittsburgh will be going there.

We got absolutely smoked there a few weeks ago, we’d need a huge defensive performance or a few key injuries on the KC side but anything is possible

At the very least ... I would love at least 1 more playoff win for Ben.

It is been quite a while since he had one.

No problemo , KC will consider this their Bye week and sit all their starters. Oh wait, they did that a few weeks ago against the Steelers .

The AFC is so bad this year that the Steelers would face lesser teams the more they play in the AFC playoffs.

The best part about all of this is they weren't supposed to be here so they can play with absolutely nothing to lose! Ben's never quit attitude, Tj Watt angry, and a team that everyone counted out! That equals a dangerous team in my book

IIRC we had a few injuries and COVID cases in that KC game? KC was missing some players, but so were we.

Some other parallels. Cincy is the division champ. We're the last seed. Tom Brady isn't playing for New England (ok, that last one is a stretch).

We seem to perform best when there is absolutely no expection success. So, this could be our time to shine boys and girls.
