Yeah, I would think so. The signature via camera in person is probably staged hours or days after the real contract is already signed and PDF’ed.

In the late 90’s a female coworker did that. She was trying to show a few people something that she saw at Dick’s sporting goods. The intended website did not come up.

in Australia, those little Smokey’s are called “little boys”. About 20 yrs ago, I had an Aussie boss transferred to the US, who went to the local Giant Eagle and asked in his heavy ‘Stralian accent : “scuse me mate, but where can I find the little boys?”.

Pickett offered this response to the Browns bringing in Wilson for a visit to maybe play for the team.

"It’s fine with me as long as I have a chance to compete, that’s all you can ask for. So having that opportunity is awesome as a player. So I’m looking forward to working with whoever comes in the building."

Funny, but repeating false statements does not make them true. It is amazing how many folks here swallowed the Steelers' BS whole and continue to regurgitate it here on a regular basis.

If you are talking about KFP and what I posted, I believe KFP was definitely done wrong by Steelers. That said, KFP may or may not be a future NFL starter.
KFP was thrown into the fire and he was no where close to being ready to be a starting quarterback

Like I said, the Steelers did a good job selling a story and quite a few folks here were suckered into believing it

Except it’s not false. I have fun with it but it is true

It’s also true the Steelers handled him poorly and gave him reason to want out. Having him get tightrope surgery and then not starting him was pretty bad, I dont blame him for being angry.

He still fled instead of staying and fighting to regain his starting position. A job he would be in good position to reclaim this season had he stayed.

It’s interesting there appears to still be one poster who is sticking to his dyslexic opinion of what transpired with KFP and trying constantly to get the last word in just so he doesn’t have to admit being wrong

The facts are easy to find

Kenny was never promised the starting position in 2024

Kenny was never promised anything after the end of 2024 season than a chance to compete

Kenny tucked tail and ran from the competition

All of these facts are easy to verify if you “just do your homework”

And now the football gods have banished him to Cleveland for his bad behavior

I envision paranoia and insecurity will solicit the last word

They didn't give him an opportunity to compete for his starting position. Combine that with saddling him with Canada for most of his two seasons and the tightrope surgery and he had excellent reason to lose his temper and ask for a trade. That's not running from competition. That's a young, immature guy losing his temper. A smart organization would sit him down and tell him to shut up and show some patience. They wouldn't let yet another inmate run the asylum, but they screwed that up, too. They knew they messed up and leaking a narrative that made it look like he fled from competition would put the blame on the player instead of the team. They fed fans that garbage and some lapped it up.

Of course, none of this is new. If y'all want to keep doing this rhetorical dance, I'm game, but I imagine it gets boring.

That narrative still doesn’t change that he ran from competition.

They didn’t handle him well but they also made him a first rd pick when no one else wanted him. He should have been appreciative of that and buckled down and showed them they were right to select him.

He threw a temper tantrum instead and gave the Steelers an easy out to move on from a 1st rd pick after just 2 seasons. if they thought for one second he could still be the guy they never would have moved him.
