Much as I like JuJu, this is why I didn't want a WR in the 2nd Round.

Brown, Bryant, & JuJu are absolutes. Keep Coates on the PUP for a while. Still have to lose two of Rogers, Bey, Hunter, Ayers, and Hamilton. I'd dump Bey and Hamilton and see what happens when Coates is ready.

Brown, Bryant, Smith, Rogers, Hunter, Ayers [Coates] is ridiculous.

No that price would be to high and you guys would miss me ...Not much of a message board if all see things the same way..You guys can count on me for a different view almost every time...That is priceless....

On a serious note DHB has had a bad camp overall he may need to make some splash plays in these games or he just might get cut..

We almost have to keep 6 WRS, right?

I just remember how much Ayers was being heralded from a ST perspective when we drafted him. I just can't see giving up on him.

Likewise, I don't see us dropping DHB due to his ST game.

I liked the Hunter pickup at the time but I just don't see how he makes it.

And what about Coates? He can be a little frustrating but it seems crazy to just get rid of him. IR?

I don't think Ayers plays special teams, and he is practice squad eligible, so that's where he's likely to end up. DHB is a Tomlin favorite and he contributes on special teams. If Brown or Bryant go down in a game, it is good to be able to plug in an experienced veteran.

They may only keep 5, with Coates on the PUP and Ayers and someone like Tucker or Severin on the practice squad, just to begin the season. That provides the most amount of flexibility. Injuries in the secondary may require them to keep more defensive backs than they would like in the beginning, and they will pare and tailor the roster as guys get healthy.

Ayers can be a punt returner.

They can put Ayers and Hamilton on the practice squad, the Steelers usually don't cut free agents they just signed Hunter makes the team.

I change my mind. Yes. They will trade a receiver. They will trade Severin for the rights to Johnny Manziel.

I know that lane integrity is important on kick coverages but to get only 4 tackles in 16 games doesn't suggest that DHB is irreplaceable on special teams.
