Will the Steelers be getting help fom Pitt coach?

Lets hope there talent evaluaters are picking Paul Chryst brain about
some of the OL that were part of his group as OC at Wisconsin.
We need an immediate impact player at OG this coming year and for years to come.
I see where he has TWO potential high draft choices that lined up for him last year.

 

Haha it'd be nice if they did. You're exactly right tho on your assessment of the need of a guard.
I feel so much this offense is one solid guard away from being that offense we and the team think they can be.
Bens ability in the pocket makes it "ok" to have so-so tackles because ben can shake the outside pressure.
It's the fact the our guards are so god awful. They never keep d- lineman on or near the LOS. They constantly get pushed back into Ben or in his line of sight. I mean if you can't stop the pass rushers and can't create push up front to allow your QB to step up what do you think your offense will look like!? Just a funny thought but ever wonder why we have that Ben hit his hand on a guards helmet scare in preseason? Because thier always standing beside him or right in front.
