Will Darnell Washington bring fear to opposing DBs?

I know people say that, and Ben, and I’m sure the stats bear it out, but there was one small area where - in my viewing - he was actually more of a security blanked and a direct weapon. I think they used that threat as a decoy later and shifted away from him to the WR’s and why and when Miller not only became “the security blanket” but why he wasn’t seen exactly in the same level or light as say Dallas Clark or Jason Whitten of the same peak years. Also which makes him not gold jacket worthy. I think he could have been that guy and that level. The system and scheme didn’t make it so.

Probably why I’m clamoring for a powerful TE scheme because I’ve seen have so much success.

 

of course a teams offense dictate that. we also had other weapons and heath was such a good blocker too. he was a pretty complete TE.

 

again keep them off the field and allen for sure gets frustrated and pushes to do more which can bring on mistakes. mahomes not as much but many other qb's it will.
