Ahhhh the joy of living in Eagle land. Found an invite under my door this morning. "Since you and your Steelers are sitting at home watching the Playoffs, why not come join us winners as our Birds destroy the Seahags." PS: you're in charge of bringing the wings.

Now off to the supermarket where I will get to listen to "Fly Eagles Fly" over the PA system while I buy the wings.

I'll just sit next to my friend, a Redskin fan and we will root like hell for the Seahawks.

Even duck Hodges would have accomplished more than what Tannehill did yesterday.

Retire. No chance he plays for another team.

And if he dumb enough to play another season for the Pats, I'll enjoy his and the teams continued downfall.

He very well may come back, Brady definitely is one of those athletes that will have trouble letting go.

Sort of makes you wonder, how bad did the Steelers get cheated in past Championship games? Did we fail that bad or were there underlying circumstances?

Tannehill has to play a lot better against the Ravens than he did last night. The Titans have 2 things I wish the Steelers had, a stud running back who can carry the team on his back, and a punter who can consistently pin the other team inside the 10 yard line.

Belicheat was screaming at the official during Vrabels strategy. He was probably yelling "But Roger told me I was the only one allowed to cheat!"

Agree with your sentiment on Tannehill. I also like Jonnu Smith and hope Vrabel gets the ball into his hands more next week.

A loss for the 49ers won't upset me also.

On a personal note, Brees needs to make tee times also. Being an IU alum, I like to be hard on the great QB...lol

For what I've seen speculated, the Chargers or Colts would be the best fit.

I thought about Brady going to the Colts also. They have a pretty solid roster but Brissett is a mediocre QB. Brady could go there and make them an immediate contender.

I think there’s a near zero chance that would have happened.
    1. Tannehill didn’t have to do much because Henry mowed down the Pats defense like a Kubota lawn tractor on a putting green. Where would our rushing attack have come from?
    2. Tannehill played behind an offensive line that’s playing better than ours had been playing.
    3. Tannehill had AJ Brown as his #1 receiver vs. our guys who are learning, but less advanced; or in the case of JuJu, underperforming.

The Titans were the #1 scoring team in the NFL over the second half of the season at 30+ ppg. What did we average? 14 or so?

The solitary advantage that we had vs. Tennessee in that matchup was our superior defense. However even then, our defense is not immune to tiring out and giving up big plays when the offense is bumbling and stumbling its way to a string of 3 and outs or worse.

Watching him reminded me of the great Ray Guy. I remember us Steeler fans making fun of the Raiders for drafting a punter as your first round pick. It turned out to be a great pick. Field position is huge in the NFL and he really helped the raiders in that dept.

He's coming back no question. His greed and ego won't allow him to quit. And BB may say he doesn't want him but Kraft will resign him and say too bad.
