Why TF did Arthur Smith allow Najee back on the field on our last drive.

Maybe not many on here but quite a few in the local media said they thought the Steelers should've picked up Najee's 5th year option.

I don't think so, Tomlin doesn't look past the end of his nose. Sticking Trice 1 v 1 against Chase is exactly what I would expect from Captian Cliche.

With a struggling offense they could've used Fields against the Bengals instead of a washed up Patterson.

 

To no one's surprise Patterson is also last in the league in kick return average. He was moving so slow on the one kickoff that I thought the ref was going to flag him for delay of game.
