I love my wall calendars. I have them all over the place for tracking different things.

This one I have in my VR playroom for recording my VR Boxing Workout time and date.

Funny, The only calendar I don't use is the one on my phone, which is probably the one that everyone uses.

 

What the hell is a VR boxing workout. Is it like the kickboxing workout classes like My ex ole lady use to take.....where nothing is correct, and very laughable????
I remember her throwing kicks around the house, and Me trying to tell Her they were not correctly done.....She laughed.....So I said .....Here throw one at My head....She did, and I jammed My head towards Her leg, and She fell on Her a$$....I said see....terrible technique makes You unstable.....I can't believe they show You that. I asked the Guy , and girl who did the training, and they said it was just for aerobic exercise. LoL.
Well they filled My ex with dangerous expectations....I told them.

 

That's why I liked doing the Tapout workout program. They taught correct technique for punching and kicking. Helped that I had a taekwondo background.

 

Great workout at home All you need is some weighted gloves and you will be drenched in sweat in about 20 minutes. Shadow boxing with a lot of deep knee bends. Non impact high cardio right when I walk in the door after work before dinner.


Funny I understand what you are saying. I have trained with a Heavy bag in the gym, and if you hit the bag in the wrong way you are going to break your wrist. In VR, or some Aerobic workout class there is no wrong way to punch.

 

I can do that drinking a cold beer by my pool

I did all that back in the day. I trained in Weeping Willow jujitsu, Brazilian jujitsu (for a short time), Muay Thai, Taekwondo , and of course My first love....Boxing. I actually fought Boxing, and Kickboxing.
