I was worried they were going to trade up in the first round to get him .

Well We didn't act like We were going to take Him in the 1st. So that makes it easier. Hell We know it was a talk all over We were going to with M. Willis
    Actually....I'd take 6 Duck Hodges, 3 Rudolph's, and a J. Winston... before I would a M. Willis.

I personally didn't want him, especially in the first round. He's the type of athlete I'd convert into a WR/slash role like a Kordell Stewart or Antwaan Randel El. I just hope teams aren't as high on Anthony Richardson like the so-called analysts are. Dude just screams Malik Willis. He has an incredible ceiling, but very low floor.

I can see the similarities, but at least Richardson played against high-level competition in the SEC. Willis didn't just play in a very simplistic offense in college. He did it against crappy competition.

Can you imagine where they would have been right now if Willis WAS the pick. We got the right guy to move forward with.

And as steelersrule6 posted the Titans are bringing in the house of QB's for visits.

I can see that, problem with Richardson is 24 games played in college, I think only 12 or so were actually starts. This season was not a huge success by any means. No doubt you can see the talent, but that can be said for how many others? He might become a superstar, he may become a decent NFL QB, he may be an absolute bust. I would suggest the history of 1st round QB busts is greater than super stars produced, but that chrystal ball, as clouded as it is will still have someone choosing him.

Someone started a new thread, then another poster resurrected this one to mess with Benny. Then the two were merged into one.

She’s kind of like a comet she disappears into deep space and only comes back into orbit when the Steelers loose

She reminds me of my niece who friends have nicknamed Buzzkill

The history period on drafting qbs is more busts than success stories.

Well anyone drafting a Qb because they run fast , and can do flips deserve what they get. If anyone watched Richardson play they should know He is not very good, and don't give Me He had No weapons around Him.....Florida had weapons. Crazy How Qbs are being judged lately....it's about the only position in the whole draft....You can suck at, but if You run fast, and throw far ....people think You should be picked in the 1st round. LoL. It's laughable. The Man also had 17 tds passing, and 9 ints ....in college. LoL
Yeah He will develop into a great passer in the NFL. LoL

He reminds me of Deshone Kizer from Notre Dame. He was one of the worst college QB's I've ever seen but because he was big, could throw the ball real fast and was a good runner the idiotic Browns drafted him in the second round. After a wretched NFL career in which he threw 11 TD's and 24 picks he was out of the league after 3 years.

QB’s with the physical tools and gifts like Willis an Richardson will always be in demand because you can’t teach what they have.

The stuff that’s missing coaches feel can be taught.

If we still needed a QB I’d be all over Richardson, you know me. At least you are consistent though and feel Richardson sucks :lolol:

A lot of social media are bashing Willis while praising Richardson and I’m thinking…
