The media doesn't ask any tough questions and they just let him dodge every question anyways.

Tomlin will blame the loss on the drops. Guaranteed.

I've never seen a HC get ball washed to this degree, that's the media though. Can't wait to see what Eisen has to say. The crap he came out with this week was beyond hysterical.

I can already post the answers:

We didn't win the turnover battle.
I liked the fight of the team not blinking in the face of adversity
Our offense needs to stay on schedule

Not blinking, my Man's Russ had like 40 passing yards in the 4th quarter

"Obviously, we're not happy with the result. We own that. We're going to put this behind us and we're on to our next opponent. The standard hasn't changed. We'll look at some things this week. Hey, you can't make chili if you don't open some cans of beans. And we're eating those beans."

    There. No need to watch.

I don't even care who we play next week. The way we're playing, we can't beat any of the playoff teams in either conference.

Would be nice if he resigned during the press conference

Tomlin is a hollow man now at this stage, everyone has a shelf life even the all time greats in any sports playing or coaching, that's where Tomlin has been for years. He's propped up by the media, by Rooney, and by this to some extent creditable no losing season record. But the game isn't about not losing, it's about winning it all.

The first question they should ask is if Tomlin actually thinks his performance is worthy of 16 million per year? If he does, why, based on performance of the team he leads does he think that?

Most sports "journalists" are failed or wannabe athletes that just want to be around the players and coaches.

Those beans have given me gas. And those farts are the closest I've come to actually giving a shiz about the steelers shot at being anything other than mediocre.

The problem with Tomlin's teams now is that there is no creativity, no new cutting edge technique's, no ingenuity, no thinking outside the box. It's status quo, rinse, repeat. It's lazy coaching.
Where is the speed on the offense, where's the trick plays, screen game, why aren't guys running wide open at times? Where's the creative scheme's? This has been going on for years. Plus the coaching staffs he's hired aren't coming from the new generation of coaching trees like the Kyle Shanahan or Sean McVay coaching Tree.

Coach T should just wear a ski mask to the press conference as well as the year end review with the boss. Like taking candy from a baby!

TOMLIN hires the same type of guys with different names. All Vanilla and all Yes Men. This is Mikes vision of football and its past him by years ago.

...and NO disciplining of bad apples, going all the way back to Antonio Brown. Tomlin is a players coach and he's afraid to suspend a player or not play him for conduct detrimental. instead, we get "we talked, it's all good" only to see the same behavior. I'd like to see Tomlin snap and lose it and scream at a player to "go sit your worthless arse on the bench, you ain't sniffing the field in the second half"

If Tomlin is back, that should be the mid-field logo in Heinz Field (or whatever its called). Punishment for all of us and Rooney for keeping an inept coach around for another season (and another, and another).

After game pressers are just as helpful as those sideline halftime interviews. Not sure why anyone watches or tries to read any nuance into the answers.

    I'll save you the time...

"You can’t make a grilled cheese without flipping the bread—it’s all part of the process, man. This is the NFL. We’re just excited to be here, ready to embrace the challenges ahead. We eat adversity for breakfast, and let me tell you, the guys are hungry.

We’re not trying to paint the Mona Lisa out here; we’re just finger-painting with purpose, staying focused on the basics. Turnovers and splash plays—that’s where we need to excel. We’re not out here chasing butterflies; we’re catching bees. It’s about putting in the work, not chasing the buzz. If we do the work to get the honey, it’ll taste sweet.

A lion doesn’t lose sleep over the opinions of sheep—or Monday morning quarterbacks. Tomorrow, we rise with the sun, tune out the static, and move on from today. You don’t need a GPS when you’re running through a brick wall. Just pick a direction and go. Our direction is forward, and right now, that direction is Baltimore.

    It feels good, man, obviously."

we couldn't beat the sisters of mercy next week. Tomlin and co are outdoing themselves with this losing streak.

and Mason Rudolph saved Tomlin from this embarrassment last year. Mikey should bring him back next year, were going to need another backup Qb
