Don't get me wrong, not taking anything from them. Probably would have won anyway. Utah defense couldn't stop the big play.

 

I think Penn St. would have won. But it was shaping up to be a great game. Rising going out changed everything. It's not a National Championship but I'll take a Rose Bowl win.

I do get what You both are saying though.....,but if next week the game is tight between browns and Steelers , and Chubbs goes down....all of a sudden We start blowing them away.....will You feel bad???

 

No. I hope Watson, Chubb, Cooper, and Garrett all leave in wheel chairs. I would run over Bernie Kosar's grandma with my car if it meant the Steelers would win by 1 point. lol

I follow Penn St. a bit differently than I do the Steelers. I am an alum. I have followed them since I was 10. But, to me, their season ended when they lost to Michigan and Ohio St. So yes, I want them to win, but I also want to be entertained. First half had me on the edge of my seat, not so much once Utah's QB went out.

I'm reading a novel and although it has no bearing on the story the one girl from Auburn said Go War Eagles. I think the author made a huge mistake.

 

I have heard that name associated with Auburn, yes. I don't have any idea what it means though.

 

Nobody knows. It's just some backwards ass crap they do in Alabama. Kinda like having a mascot of an elephant and hollering roll tide, having sex with your sister, making meth in your double wide, or hanging out with the cracker culture at the coon dog races on Friday night.

If I remember correctly the elephant goes back to the days when bear Bryant was coaching. The announcers made some comment about the team being so big they looked like a herd of crimson elephants taking the field. As for the war eagle thing I can’t remember.
