Hard to say, who knows who might be available . I like Rowe, Jalen Collins, Landon Collins, Carter.

Dude, seriously, I think Nelson and Grant will be there in the 3rd.

I like Rowe and Rollins from Miami Ohio, but what if Maxx Williams falls that far?

    Ifo

He's a 1st round talent that fell due to an injury that is becoming easy to recover from. I think some will say it's too high for him. I say it's too low. Yeah I like Rowe and Rollins, but Ifo will likely be there; those guys won't. Plus I don't know who else it would be and don't feel like looking!:D

Rowe, PJ Williams,Maxx Williams, Landon Collins, Darby, Rollins.

3rd- Clive Wolford, D'Joun Smith, Golston, Ifo, J. Shaw.

And GB, word has it that Ifo's injury is worse than first reported. Can we afford to spend a second rounder on someone who may not be able to play next year? or possibly never?

I like Ifo in the 3rd and I also forgot to mention Alex Carter in the 2nd or 3rd. I think Carter's a great fit for us and Ifo could be a great slot corner.

I was all about Ifo, but I read a rumor (okay, it was just a rumor, but still) that his injury is no ordinary ACL tear. They said it could be closer to the complete destruction that caused Marcus Lattimore to retire without so much as a snap.

That said, if my doctors gave him the thumbs up, round 2 is not too high. If we could get him in the 3rd though, that would be sweet.

    In no particular order:

    Eric Rowe
    Quinten Rollins
    Jalen Collins
Ifo, if the medicals check out okay
    Alex Carter
Ronald Darby? (I don't know enough about him)

What do those guys have in common? Hmm...

    At other positions:

    .................
    ........................I got nothin'.

I hate to draft for need, but tonight need and BPA should intersect pretty nicely in the 2nd round. My top 5 corners for us:
    1. PJ Williams - if we are ok with his off the field questions, he is one of the best DBs in the entire draft - 1st round talent
    2. Jalen Collins - several failed drug tests have to be explained, but we supposedly like him. Great natural talent
    3. Eric Rowe - safest remaining corner. I wouldn't mind taking him over Collins or PJ
    4. Quentin Rollins - hard to believe he's only been playing for a year
    5. Doran Grant - underrated

if we don't go corner, there are some good value guys left. Jalen Strong would be hard to pass on if he falls to us. Same with Eddie Goldman. Heck, I can also be happy with Landon Collins by the time pick 56 rolls around, though I like at least the first 4 corners I've listed above better.

I know a lot of people here really like Rowe and I have not watched any tape on him but I have read that a lot of "so-called" experts say him and Rollins are more safety then corner. What I have read on Rowe has me a little scared and not interested. They say he has the drops and falls for the double move too much. If that is so I am not interested I want a pure CB. Some of the guys I like are:
    Jalen Collins CB
    PJ Williams CB
    Alex Carter CB

What I read was Carter is a pretty good fit for our system. Man is there some good players out there still, I have a feeling the draft board could get going today.....

I will add a name that has my attention is Nate Orchard. Yeah we need CB but I like this kid and if he is there I would consider him and then trade up in the 3rd for a CB depending on who is there.

I really like the kid from florida atlantic. d'juan smith. I think he might end up being the best of this bunch. I don't know if he makes it to us in the 3rd so I would have no problem with him in 2nd.

unless landon Collins is there. if we get him in the second that would be the steal of the draft

Yes! Hopefully Rowe or Jalen Collins are there. Rowe would be the safer pick although Collins I feel has a bit more upside. But with that comes several failed drug teats at LSU. And he just had surgery on his foot but not a major procedure.

Kansas City picking Marcus Peters was a surprise. I believe he was going to be the pick.

I know it's not the CB that people want, but I think that La'el Collins would be a great value if there in the second. He hasn't been named a suspect, the police just want to talk to him. And his people are adamant that he is innocent. So, I think I'd be willing to roll the dice in getting a high first round talent at OT in the second.

Bingo! Remember that time when the Pouncey goofs were sporting "Free Hernandez" hats?! No thanks...5th or 6th round, yes I'd roll the dice, not in the 2nd when we absolutely HAVE to improve the secondary.

I think it'll be a secondary pick, just not sure which one.... unless of course 3 or 4 more CB's get picked ahead of us. They won't reach, but I think it'll be a 2nd round CB.

If we get Rowe in the 2nd and Rollins in the 3rd, then we've hit our pressing needs with very good football players in the first 3 rounds, and anything else that we get Saturday is gravy. I'd love it.

That would be three absolute steals in a row, at our exact positions of need. Sounds too good to be true.

If any top guys are still there, I fear it will be one of the red flag guys, do we role the dice?
