    1. Najee Harris (need to find a replacement in the draft)
    2. Dan Moore (I feel good with Troy Fautanu)
    3. George Pickens (need to pick up 2 new WRs in the draft)
    4. Russell Wilson (will go with Justin Fields)
    5. Larry Ogunjobi (need to draft a replacement)
    6. Elandon Roberts (Peyton Wilson is ready and Holcomb will hopefully be 100%)
    7. Donte Jackson

our priority in the draft are
    1. WR (2)
    2. DL (2)
    3. CB (1)
    4. RB (1)

If we can't draft some of these needs, we need to spend some $$$$ like we did with Patrick Queen.
None of these rejects or near minimum salary washed up players like Donte Jackson.
I heard Charvarius Ward will not resign with the 49ers and he's still relatively young at 28. We need players who can play.

I would rather draft one DL and sign one in free agency, draft two CBs.

That's not a bad idea. I'm totally not out on Trice as a depth CB.

Most of those players will be back

They won’t send both Fields and Wilson packing, one of them will return.

    Najee probably gone

Tomlin loves Moore, he’ll probably remain but they should move Jones back to his natural position.

Maybe Larry O is gone but I think Roberts and Jackson will be back

I went with a suggestion of trading Seamalu and moving Fautanu to LG. Fautanu was mentioned as a potential G during the draft process.

I don’t think Seumalo ever fully recovered from that pec injury. I wonder if he’ll have surgery on it after the season.

I don't see us losing both RW and JF - and Fields just recently said he wants to stay here, so I would think he would at least listen to a reasonable offer. RW - I'd say depends on what happens Saturday night. If he can get out of this funk he's in, then maybe we attempt to give him a short contract. Otherwise, my money is on him leaving.

If that means Moore is staying at LT then no thank you. A guy who can barely play one position on the OL is a guy that needs to be shown the door.

I think Wilson should strongly consider going into retirement and hitting the booth. He's a savy enough talker to do commentary on Sundays.

    What about Heyward?
He's putting out an incredible amount of effort like this is it.

I hope they bring Robert's back he is are only Thumper, and Wilson got upside, but I didn’t see anything spectacular out of him yet.

I hope not on Moore. He has given up 12 sacks. I recognize Wilson factors in here, but Moore has not been good.

i think moore may go. cook will fall into that backup role.

we need to draft a guard or pickup one in free agency.

ogunjobi could get traded. - 7 mil.

holcomb could go or even get traded if healthy. 6 mil.

seumalo could get traded. 7.85 mil.

preston smith could go- 13. 4 mil.

    killebrew- 3.2 mil.

    patterson- 2.8 mil.

one of the punters another 1mil +

    leal 1.4 mil.

those alone would add 42.5 mil. to the kitty. we would have around 96 mil. to play with.

    .

Only 1 move that won’t be made matters. Everything else is useless.

Dan Moore is certainly gone and I dont think anyone here thinks he should stay after getting completely owned byt Hendricks
George Pickens sticks around at least one more year, I really dont know why everyone wants him gone, have you seen our offense without him? is he a headcase? Sure, but he is one of the most talented WR's in the game.
Wilson is gone unless he signs a team friendly deal like 15-20 million, anything more than that and we let him go, he isnt worth more than that with the current situation this team is in.
Larry O, most likely gone but I see this as the same as Wilson, team friendly deal and we may keep him for another year.
EROB, is a stud run supporter and probably the best LB on the team for that purpose. Wilson isnt the stout ILB for run support and neither is Queen, both of them arent run stuffers, do we keep EROB? not sure on this one.
Djack - I think we try to keep him for another year or two, I like Trice, he has size and is still learning. What that coaching staff did to him was unbelievable, for this reason I think we try to keep DJack.

We definitely need WR in the draft, we need DL and possibly a stud RB. I like Najee. I think our line sucks so bad hardly no one could run behind that line, I think I saw a stat that Najee has the most yards after contact.
I dont think we need CB unless we let DJACK walk. I'd like to see us get a good ILB that can run with some size to make teams think twice before running on them.I am not a fan of the undersized ILB that can run but still cant cover a TE or stuff the run.

Moore is a free agent, and he has been bad the second half of the season. They drafted Fautanu and Jones in the first round to be their tackles of the future.
