Ben had a lot of time. Watch Brady get rid of the ball super fast, as did Alex Smith last game. Ben had more than 3-4 seconds most times. Overall the Oline played well enough. You can't expect them to be perfected minus 2/5 of the starters. We are the only AFC-N team winless in the division now.

The majority of that loss falls on Ben. I still take him every Sunday over vick or LOLandry.

First of all I never said they were lights out but they were pretty good. You want perfection ? You think the line should have prevented any pressure in Ben all game? Wtf planet are you on? How many sacks did they have? Ben was the cause of one or two ... As he held the ball too long and couldn't move out of the pocket well. Oh and btw we were averaging over 6 yards per carry.

That long play to Williams helped that average though. There were absolutely some protection problems today and some costly penalties. Do I "expect" millionaires to play like they deserve what they are getting? Yes. Do I expect Foster to not have to hold his guy for Ben to get free? Yes. You can insult me all you want. I don't wish to reciprocate. I have a different opinion than you and you asked the question "Who thought we'd lose because of Ben and Tomlin?" I answered it. You didn't like my answer. I don't think it is all Ben or all Tomlin. Ben was very rusty. I expected that too. He's still a millionaire and should have played better. Tomlin is also a millionaire and should have coached better. It's time for ALL guys to earn their keep and I don't feel sorry for them at all.

Sorry for insulting you I'm just blown away that anyone watched this game or any of our games and came away thinking our O-line was a major issue. I've been thoroughly impressed on how much our O-line has improved the last 2 seasons under Munchak.

Do you blame the holder for the kicking problems we had earlier in the year?

I have absolutely been impressed with the line's progress under Munch. I'm just saying "TODAY" that they didn't play as good as I would have liked. I actually have praised Munch BIG TIME all year. You must have just not been around in those threads but I absolutely love Munch. I just don't think Tomlin should be fired and him hired as HC. I'm also a huge Todd Haley fan. He called a horrible game today. I don't think he should be the coach either. The sample size is WAY too early to say that Butler should be the coach and you suggested that as well. We got ate up by Alex Smith. They've been just as up and down as any other unit. Inconsistency has plagued this team for years and rarely does every unit show up on the same day.

I also think the offensive line was putrid today. They are much improved under Munchak, but losing Pouncey and Beachum is a lot to overcome. I think they've been really bad the last two games.

Agree totally. However, not a surprise - not one bit. I called this last week before the KC game that if Ben did not start at KC that he would be rusty vs Cincy and potentially cost us the game. Not saying he should have played last week either, just making the observation/prediction that turned out to be spot on.

I'm curious what it would take for some of you to actually think Tomlin should be fired? Not winning a playoff game for 4 years straight and starting the season 4-4 doesn't do it ? Losing to the Ravens and Chiefs?

When's the last time we heard someone say the Patriots or Packers would have won of only their HC would have done a better job managing the game ? Of the top 5 Qb's with 10 years experience how many haven't won a playoff game in 4 - going on 5 years?

Only Steelers fans lose 2 consecutive games when the offense scores 10 points and turn the ball over 3 times in both losses, their biggest gripe is fire Tomlin. The players need to tackle better and stop turning the ball over.

The rats game and Chiefs games were played with scrub qb's. If the Rooney's fired a guy for losing with 3rd and 4th string qb's we'd be the browns. Yeah we lost without Ben to some crappy teams. We also beat a really good team without Ben when we beat AZ. Although I don't really credit Tomlin much for that win because if Vick hadn't been injured Landry would have never saw the field and we would have lost. It would take quite a bit for me to want to fire Tomlin or any HC for that matter. Continuity is one of the things that makes the Steelers the Steelers to me. Tomlin has yet to have a losing season and we've lost some really key vets in recent years. Firing Tomlin would be kneejerk in my opinion. He has some stuff he needs to work on to be sure but to fire him just wouldn't really do much.

Ben always have a bad game coming off an injury but not like this. I didn't like his body language....he seemed kinda scared. First drive surprised me but his play after that TD really surprised me. I thought he'd have a little more confidence after the TD. Bells injury took the sail out of the whole offense

There was a shot they showed on NFL Network where you could see Ben telling the sidelines that he was in awful pain. There's no doubt the knee effected him today but that's still no excuse to launch a jumpball in to double coverage.

Our o line did enough. Ben was typical Ben after an injury. Losing bell for the season hurts worse. Bell masks our O line weaknesses. It's just not our season
