    I would go with Jon Gruden. The only time he ever won a Superbowl and Jon Gruden's last Playoff Win, was in 2002, his first year in Tampa Bay, when he was playing with all of Tony Dungy's players and coaching staff; Just ask Mike Tomlin about this.
