I don't know of a Ford from Texas, but if you mean Ford from LSU - then yes, I think he is there in the 6th, maybe even later than that.

i'm not sure why christine michael is not getting more hype, which is good i guess if we want him later. this kids film looks really good. his workouts were great. runs and cuts quickly, has power, size and stregnth, runs with authority, can stop and go, can make quick cuts at full speed, is a perfect ZBS runner with cutback ability and then the quick burst of speed. what the heck is not to like? why was he demoted after looking so good as a fr. and soph.? did the offense change? the coaches? he still played but as the backup. he was still good, don't get me wrong, but just didn't know why the demotion. is their other guy even better? LOL

draft this kid in the 3rd, barner in the 4th and stacy in the 6th and let's move on. we could save alot of money and have a killer backfield for the next decade. draft an ILB,OLB,S,WR,and a G with the rest of the picks. i know that's a stretch but just imagine the possibilities. WHAA HOO!!

2.6 mil. would be the minimum we could sign dwyer and redman for. ERFA batch, i couldn't tell you what he would cost. this is only for one year also. next year we are dealing with them as UFA's. i don't see why we would offer any of them big contracts to stay.

set the backfield with a young bunch like michael, barner and stacy, and you have completely upgraded your team and saved money.

you wanna talk revamped offense!!! ben would be the old general with a new young line, new young receivers, new young RB's and a new young TE to start the season with. oh yea, and alot of good young talent, and some new,old proven coaches. let's rock.:applaud::dancing::thumbs_up:

Lattimore was THRIVING with that scheme! As a true freshman, Georgia was his first SEC opponent....ran for 182 yards

that's the attitude that I believe will cause teams to regret passing on him. While logic suggests to lean that way, Lattimore is a different kid!

He would have easily been my #1 back in this draft if he had stayed healthy. Since I'm not an orthopedic surgeon, nor have I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express recently, I'm not sure what to expect from him next year or in 2014. I suspect that he'll hear his name called near the end of Day 2 (end of 3rd round), but I'm not sure that I would want to pick him that high with us having basically zero RBs on our roster at the moment.

Why would the Steelers draft Lattimore he's not playing next year and had 2 major knee injuries in college. We can't afford to waste draft picks.

Remember when mcgahee was a waste of a pick because he had a horrible knee injury that was what 8 years ago.

the only thing that scares me about lattimore is that when he was first injured there was talked about a certain nerve that could be damaged. dont remember the name. it was same type of injury that robert edwards has that ended his career early. i think they said it cause the foot to go numb or something. I havent heard anything about it in a while. i guess i am asking if anyone had

we need guys that can play this year. not guys that might play this year. it would be different if we had a couple of good starters in place and then take a shot on him, but we're not in that kind of shape.
