Honestly, I just want them to beat the Bengals, not even thinking playoffs, if it happens awesome but I pretty much stopped thinking about it since they lost to Miami.

Not sure about the tiebreaking procedures if we end with the same record, but just to give you an idea I guess we need these teams to lose some games:
    Dolphins (2)
    Jets (1)
    Ravens (2)
    Titans (1)
    SD (2)

Our playoff hopes died after about week 4. All I can hope for now is that Miami and the Ravens keep the Chargers out!

I am in anti-Patriots and better draft pick mode now. Bengals now have the edge for the #2 seed.

I'm rooting for free agency and the NFL draft. This team will not make the playoffs. They haven't given me any reason to believe they could even if they controlled their own destiny like they did a couple of weeks back, which they don't. I'll root for them the rest of the way but the 2013 version of the Steelers doesn't deserve to sniff the playoffs.

I just want them to win out. get to 8-8. That would be hugh after how they started. It would be like we won the Superbowl.

Sure won't feel like it to me.

Our playoff chances died last week when we lost to Miami, at home, in the snow. It's probably for the best, if we couldn't win last week, we're simply not good enough to get it done in the playoffs. May as well miss the playoffs and get a better pick. I still want them to win tonight though

The Miami win over New England, mathematically eliminated us from the playoffs.

I never root against the men in black n gold and I don't wish for the Steelers to lose. But if they don't show up tonight against the bungholes, at least this fantasy nonsense about steelers going to postseason will stop. Sheesh, some of you guys are freakin delusional.

Actually you are correct. We'll need to win tonight against the Bengals, then win out from there, and we'll need the Jets to win next week, then Miami to lose to Buffalo, then the jets need to beat Miami.

    That simple!

Not quite...... And Balt to lose one, and SD to lose one, and Tn to lose one.

if the Jets should come back and win, the need to lose next week.

    Yaaaaahhhhhh!

Tennessee will lose 1 less team to worry about.

New York jets another team not to worry about.
Oh sh!t we need them to 100% win out! They can do it!

Chargers don't choke in December, they're like the bizarro cowboys!
jets ain't go win 2 straight and Miami ain't losing 2 straight. Sure, I'd love to see it but it is what it is. In the meantime, I'd like to see us smash the B holes tonight

One step at a time. Titans just lost. Now, must beat Bengals, and tomorrow night, Lions over Rats. Then we proceed to next week! Also, pull for Cowboys, so that Pack are eliminated, thereby keeping Rodgers on ice for next week.

The Pats did not help us and Brady doesn't look too happy about it.
