Where was Heyward, Tuitt & Fitzpatrick?

None of these guys showed up last night.

 

This is what happens every single time the Steelers play with a decided advantage because of missing starters on the other team. Tomlin convinces these guys they're going to pad stats against a JV lineup and they come out overconfident, while the opponent plays inspired football.

Did you see their faces when it was 14-0? They already knew they were beat.

Mike Tomlin is a cancer on this team.

 

you should stream from practice, we’d like to see that as well.

 

We need new schemes on both sides of the ball we need players to be able to run them and Coaches who can Coach them..

 

Hayward looked like he could barely run.

 

The defense had it's moments. The offense put them behind the 8 ball in a big way as it has done the 2nd half of the season.

I don't understand having Watt going out into coverage while Highsmith was off the field with a high ankle sprain.

This defense is littered with 1st round picks but it can't overcome dumb coaching. Butler needs to go...

 

I didn’t want to believe @HeinzMustard about heyward disappearing in the playoffs but it’s true. Seems they all do.

 

The offense sucked for the most part... but the defense was the main reason Steelers got blown out.

 

The Cover 2 is played out we still need some more DB'S ..To stop the 4 and 5 Wide you must be able to play Cover 1 with man/zone Robber concepts.. We can't play it because the Single High has to be fast we need a Safety and we need to move Edmunds to LB..Yes and for sure a new DC ...

 

And Watt....RT went out, and nothing from the supposed DPOY!

Move Edmunds to parking lot attendant and you might be into something here.

 

I do think that Edmunds needs to ILB next to Bush.

Heyward/Alualu/Tuitt with Buggs/Davis/late pick - That group is fine as starters. There is even depth on the bench.

Watt/Highsmith at OLB, but that is it. There is no depth there. Dupree is not coming back cause we can't afford him. If he shockingly comes back, we are good there.

Bush/Edmunds/Spillane/Williams/Allen/Williamson - this to me with the move of Edmunds to ILB is probably still the group I'm the happiest about, but Spillane is depth and Williams shouldn't be starting.

Haden/Nelson/Hilton (who we need to bring back) Pierre/Sutton - I'm okay with these 5, but they must play some more man to man.

Fitz then??? Who else do we have there? Who? Dangerfield? Sean Davis? Brooks? IF you move Edmunds to ILB, a playmaking S becomes a need suddenly. We have to stop thinking about special teams for our safeties. Maybe Layne would be better as a safety? I don't know, but we need someone here.
