Harrison sets the edge better than anyone. Chick was getting killed in the run defense.

Where was James? Sitting on the bench along with the other players who aren't better than the other guys on the depth chart.

The way Chickillo was being abused all day, Harrison should have seen some snaps.

To be fair, the defense was pretty damn good in the second half before falling apart in overtime, but if Harrison really does have anything left in the tank, he should have been out there today.

This is one decision that can be laid at the feet of coaches.

I defended not playing him last week because we were never in danger of losing.

This week. Completely different. We needed #92 on the field today.

Tomlin has a lot to answer for. A whole lot.

I would have liked to see JH92 in there to see if the change would have been beneficial but hopefully Chick will be better for it going forward. He'll have a lot to review with Porter.

Not defending Tomlin, but alot of good teams got hosed today. Dont get your hopes to high this team needs alot of work holes all over the place on Defense on to The Ratbirds.

You know why I think Harrison should still be playing over Chick, Moats, Fort......Because I have eyes.

Seriously? Playing JH more would have made a diifferene? He'd have kept Chi under 200 yds rushing.?

I believe JH would have also added some much needed fire today.

If he can't get on the field on day like today, with the guys who were out, we are wasting a roster spot on him.

Harrison is our best OLB against the run, and we were getting abused against the run. Why cant the coaches make in game adjustments.

At times in the Steelers defensive history they had trouble stopping the stretch play the Bears executed. Especially considering that other defenders were in a position to make tackles but simply did a bad job.

Harrison couldn't do anything to stop the bleeding vs the Phins rush attack last season and I doubt he would had made much difference today. Bad tackling was the main culprit today by a number of defenders. I don't believe Harrison would had made that much of a difference.

I'm sorry but if I remember correctly most of the runs in the Dolphins game last year were away from his side and hen they did try him in the playoffs last year he put a end to that thought real quick....so I personally feel he would of made a difference and he couldn't have been any worse for sure...so the question is what were our coaches watching and thinking when we were getting gashed....

Another guy I thought should have played more since we were big gashes in the run game was McCullers. He is on this team for 1 reason. TO STOP THE RUN.

I see he played 8 snaps. I haven't re watched the game yet and don't really want to. Does anyone know when he was on the field?

Harrison says " He could set the edge at 60" ....unfortunately he might be that age before our coaches let him see the field. Talk about stubborn....

    I was thinking the same.

If nothing else, there were some tired guys out there at the end (thanks, offense!). Rotating McCullers or Harrison in would have provided fresh legs if nothing else.

At the same place all the guys are who are not there guys. I have seen it with JJ.LJ,Wheaton,Sweed,Ross,Mendenhall and now with Bell,JuJu and probably many more? this was top of the head list . They will pick a player or a direction and they refuse not to see what the film or the game is saying .

It seems they are way to far in favor of building confidence ,they just need to let the skill be the skill and the results be the results.

The offense sucked. Period. Should have scored 30 points. Chickillo would have been a non factor.
