Sometimes versatility is another way of saying he’s not outstanding at anything. Kind of like saying you have 2 starting quarterbacks.

I was also hoping that we would see more of JW with Mason but the short game they are playing right now does not suit him. JuJu isn’t getting in the game either, I doubt that is a coincidence.

I feel like some day JW is going to have a big game and it’ll all start to get easier for him.

Hoping for a Hines Jr. out of Washington, blocking wise. He is built for a wr.

It's difficult for me to say why they did the dink/dunk passing. Was it just to build the teams confidence or unity ? Do they not want to give too much to MR at this point ? Do they not trust MR ? Is he not seeing open receivers ? Is he not confident to throw to the receivers or are they not getting open ?
Hopefully this next game and future games it all comes to a positive light for the team and us fans.

I think it is a combination of things. They weren't protecting Rudolph long enough to throw downfield most of the time in San Francisco. I'm guessing guys weren't getting open deep most of the time against the Bengals.

They are going to have to take more shots, even if guys aren't getting as open as they would like. It is too easy for defenses to cheat up right now. They got away with it against the Bengals because their linebackers are terrible.
