When the steelers give you lemons make lemonade.

I sat here and flipped back and forth between the Steelers and the Skins cause I had family over for Christmas. Seeing them all so happy to see the Skins win and possibly make the playoffs got me thinking.

I cannot be but so mad at this season. Yes I like everyone else wanted to see our Steelers back in the playoffs yet again but it did not happen for several different reasons. I am lucky enough to have seen the Steelers play in the playoffs 15 out of the 27 years I have been on this earth. That is pretty good numbers right there.

I have come to expect the Steelers in the playoffs so when they have a season like this it makes it difficult to stomach, but I should be glad that our team is expected to be there every year. There are a lot of teams who will never have the expectations of our team. I mean half my family are Skins fans and this is the first season I have seen them happy in years!

So I guess what I am trying to say is that yes we are mad that we did not have the season we wanted but be glad that we expect our team to be in the playoffs every year, it could be worse!

 

true and as bad as it sucks our team cant make the playoffs every year so it'll take a day or two but things will get better and we will be back next year
