What's your hobbies outside sports

I have to say my go to is puzzlin' whether it's jigsaw or sudoku.

 

My next project in-between work and football

I spend a lot of time bass fishing. Well until October then I spend a fair amount of time in the woods with my dear old friend mr Remington 700.

 

Fishing, hunting, concerts, music fests ,,

 

Writing, and playing music, and a lot of what others have posted.....I do thr same.

 

Astronomy, model RR-ing (N gauge - Canadian theme), desert train and storm viewing/chasing/photographing, but mainly peacefully extending my existence on 3rd Rock in the amazingly beautiful Eastern High Sierras. 35 years of acoustic guitar playing but genetic and sports finger maladies precluded that a while back. This great MB (thank you Steve) is also one of my favorite hobbies/retreats. Love and hugs to all my MB brothers and sisters.

 

I read that too fast and thought you said pornography!

 

Music(playing and listening, drums and guitar), my wife(in case she reads this, you never know. Although I should have listed her first!), fishing for anything(literally anything), shotgun hunting deer and pheasant, pedal biking, acting in community theater, welding home projects for myself and others.

Yep, 12 gauge.

 

I tried running them down with a knife my 1st year until I realized I had lost a step in my old age.

 

I don't hunt so, I didn't know that was a thing!

Shotgun only states- Illinois, Iowa, Ohio, Indiana, Maryland, New Jersey, Massachuetts, Delaware, Maine, and Rhode Island.

 

Believe this, or not ....I jumped on one from the back of a pickup back in the day, and it whooped My A$$

 

It's cool. Not many around here use a shotgun for deer hunting.

 

So up north.

 

In Maryland it had to do with population density. No idea why some of those other states have the same regulations.

 

Down south, in Arkansas, they just make kissie noises and the deer come running in!

 

I'm assuming population here as well.

 

In Iowa that is.
